Navigate SeaCret 1’s 17th-century Caribbean waters, where you can shape your fate through strategy or sheer silliness. Dive into a sandbox world of endless possibilities with Dalas’ unique blend of adventure and commerce.

About this game

Ahoy, ye crafty sea dog! Welcome to SeaCret 1, where the Caribbean’s sun-soaked waves are packed with more chaos than a barrel of over-caffeinated parrots. This sandbox adventure blends sharp strategy with laugh-out-loud humor, letting you swagger as a sly merchant, a swashbuckling pirate, or a governor who definitely knows where they parked their ship (probably). Ready to dive into the madness? Hoist the sails and let’s make some questionable decisions!

Trade Like a Sneaky Sea Peddler

Master a real-time economy where prices swing wilder than a pirate’s mood after too much rum. Every city’s got its own goods and stock levels—snap up cheap spices and sell ‘em high, or risk hauling a shipload of rotting bananas. Plan your trade routes like a pro, or you’ll be the punchline at every port!

Build a Fleet to Scare the Seagulls

Kick off with a creaky tartan that’s one gust away from splinters and work your way up to a glorious galleon that screams “I’m kind of a big deal!” Each ship’s got its own flair—zippy sloops for sneaky raids or chunky frigates for blasting foes. Group up to three ships in your fleet and watch rival captains scurry… or at least row away in a panic.

Naval Battles: Brains, Brawn, and Blunders

Lead 3v3 naval showdowns where strategy meets slapstick. Blast cannonballs to shred hulls, grape shot to turn enemy crews into confetti, or chain shot to snap masts like twigs. Small ships? They’ll bob like corks in stormy waves. Sailing against the wind? Zigzag like a genius or spin in circles like a dizzy parrot. Board enemy ships for chaotic close-quarters fights, but keep your crew happy—hire tavern “entertainers” to boost their spirits, or they’ll mutiny faster than you can say “abandon ship!”

Govern Like a Slightly Shady Mayor

Fancy running a city? Become a governor, slap taxes on your citizens (or play nice, we won’t judge), and watch your town thrive or throw a tantrum. Hire villagers to automate production in your buildings, pumping out goods quicker than you can lose your tax records. Your choices shape your city’s fate—just don’t expect a parade unless you bribe someone.

Tunes to Make You Dance a Jig

Every port in SeaCret 1 rocks its own catchy soundtrack, from rowdy shanties in pirate dens to fancy harpsichord tunes in trade hubs. These bangers will have you humming while you accidentally beach your ship on a sandbar (whoops).

Duels, Bets, and Tavern Tomfoolery

Challenge rival pirates to 1v1 duels with ragdoll physics so wobbly, you’ll giggle as you swing. Land critical hits, watch your sword drip with “totally-not-ketchup,” and deal extra damage with beefy strikes. In taverns, toss your gold into cockfighting or “extreme chess” (it’s as bonkers as it sounds). Eavesdrop on rumors about hidden loot or dodgy deals—chase them, but don’t cry if you end up chasing your own tail.

Crews, Buildings, and Sneaky Surprises

Hire sailors to keep your ships afloat, but keep ‘em grinning with beer and… ahem, “companionship,” or they’ll jump ship quicker than you can say “plank.” Build production facilities and let villagers churn out materials automatically—because who’s got time to chop wood? Hunt for easter eggs and cheeky references scattered across the Caribbean, hidden better than your first mate’s secret rum stash.

In SeaCret 1, the Caribbean’s your playground, and every choice is a shot at glory or a hilarious faceplant. Will you be a merchant mogul, a pirate hunter legend, or a governor who accidentally taxes everyone into a rowboat? Grab your cutlass, lose the map, and dive into the silliest, savviest pirate adventure this side of the seven seas!

    BIG UPDATE: Neival Battle Update

After working hard on my other apps, I'm finally releasing an update for SeaCret 1!In this case, I've updated the naval battles.(It looks better in the game, but I had to reduce the quality of the GIF above a lot, haha)- GREATLY improved graphicsMulti-layered ocean, realistic ocean noise, highlights, changes depending on the time of day, improved pixel art style rotating ship models, etc.- ARCADE mode availableMany people complained that it was difficult to fire in naval battles, so I've greatly simplified this. You can now hold down the left mouse button and fire automatically if you continue holding it down. The old mode is still available for those who want to switch between the two (accessible from the map by pressing Escape).- DolphinsYou may encounter dolphins that will slightly increase your speed if you get close to them with your ships.- Ship Selection ButtonIn the top right corner, you can quickly navigate between your available ships, so you don't lose sight of them!- Position Indicator for Allied and Enemy ShipsSo you never lose track of exactly where the action is!- KrakenThere is a 1% chance that a kraken will spawn and start attacking everyone... be careful, it deals a lot of damage! If you see it, you're most likely already lost. But IT CAN BE KILLED if you have enough firepower 💥- ShipwrecksYou may encounter shipwrecks that will restore your ship's crew in the middle of a battle.- Ammunition CratesYou may encounter floating crates containing ammunition.- WhirlpoolsThere are now whirlpools that, if you touch them, will pull your ship towards their center. Be careful!- RocksI've implemented rocks that can serve as both obstacles (crashing into them will damage your ship) and cover. The larger ones block bullets.- Added tutorial images for 1v1 sword fights.Since some people didn't know how to control these fights, I added these.

    Cool fixes

Well, most of the reports were about instability when saving and loading the game, since I had done most of the testing myself without saving and loading, people had problems if they didn't finish the game in one go. Fixed issues some users were experiencing:Buildings no longer pile up in one place when loading the gameWhen loading the game, your newly built ships no longer replace the previous onesImproved the main menuAdded the much-requested resolutions: You can now put it in full screen mode or in windowed modeImproved translations in some placesImproved the trading system: There are no longer exploits in some cities that allow you to sell above the purchase priceThere are no longer issues with shared reputation between citiesChanged the texts on dialogue buttons so they never go off-screen even if they are very longFixed the volume sliders; -80dB now mutes the track completelyAdded vertical sync optionThe fast travel button now correctly displays when it is active and when it is notOn mobile devices, the pause menu can now be accessed without having to backspace (fixes some devices that were closing the game instead of opening the pause menu)The Removed some hidden text that appeared behind the date (it was a debug when I was testing the reputation I had left there, haha, only a small "a" was visible behind it; the word was "Reputation: (number)", for those curious).Removed Jack Sparrow for #MeToo.That's all the improvements for now! If any bugs persist, let me know.

    Sooon updates!

Hello Pirates! Thanks for your reports on the first version of SeaCret. I'm very happy that overall it's been a pretty good experience for everyone, except for a few bugs that I'll fix soon.My plans for upcoming content updates are:The ability to become a pirate yourself and attack merchant ships.Add exploration to recover shipwrecks (and treasure).I'd like to include these two things in future updates (after I make several fixes). And in the future, I'd like to:Try multiplayer! It's something I've never done, so I'll have to do a lot of research.Multiplayer will work so you can play with several friends and set a goal, for example, "first to get a frigate wins," and of course, disable the fast-track timer.I'll release these updates as soon as I finish the Wrixy app, the app I'm working on for writers who can monetize their writing from day one (like Wattpad, but that pays writers).I have a lot of work ahead of me, so here I go!

    First stable 0.6.5

Thanks everyone for coming to see my first game I made on my own: SeaCret 1!I'm really happy.Since I've kept this a secret for at most the last two months, I haven't been able to do open beta testing for everyone.I've done a lot of testing myself with my closest loved ones, but it's possible there might be some bugs. None of them should be critical, though! It's more likely that you don't know how some things work: The game is full of hidden features that aren't explained in the tutorial and you have to discover them yourself. Although some might be too difficult to figure out. If so, let me know, and I'll try to make it easier for those landlubbers. If you run into any problems or anything, please report them on the forums. We love you all! Thanks for joining me on this new adventure as a solo programmer of my own video games!
