About this game

After the events of the first game, the faceless detective Igor has become a liability to the system. His actions, overly personal insights, and operations beyond the organization’s protocol have become grounds for dismissal. Now, they plan to send him back to the Foundation — a covert structure hidden from society, where entities like him are trained into government service. Only this time, he’s meant to stay there forever.

You’ll once again take on the role of the faceless — a telepath capable of sensing the auras of others, yet understanding himself less and less. Escape the system in search of a freer life, one not locked behind four walls. Give Igor a chance at a normal life!

Gameplay:

  • A pixel-art side-scrolling adventure with nonlinear exploration and a deep dialogue system.

  • Interact with characters through dialogue choices, contextual decisions, and moral dilemmas.

  • Use your PPC (Pocket Personal Computer) to analyze unclean entities, find clues, and store information.

Features:

  • Explore a dysfunctional secret reservation, unlike anything you’ve seen before.

  • Colorful characters with their own fates, ideas, and goals.

  • Subtle satire and paradoxical humor, inspired by post-Soviet aesthetics, Slavic mythology, and absurdism.

  • Branching dialogues and a developing protagonist, whose identity is shaped by your actions.

  • Random anomalies, parallel realities, and time loops.

The Devilry Reservation 2 is not just a sequel — it’s a descent: into a world where monsters reflect your nature; into a lie elevated into a system; and into the darkest corners of the self, where questions are more terrifying than the answers.

Release Date for The Devilry Reservation 2 | Episode I

Happy upcoming New Year to everyone!Today we want to announce the tentative release date for The Devilry Reservation 2 | Episode I. According to our plan, the game will appear on Steam on January 12, 2026 — so, very soon. However, this won’t be a full release: we’ll be launching a demo that contains the entire first episode. That means you’ll be able to play it completely for free.We really hope to get everything finished without postponing it. There’s still a lot of work ahead, and it’s realistically possible to make it by that date, but we’re also a bit afraid we might not make the deadline. If we don’t, I’ll definitely let you know. Please add the game to your wishlist — it’s important. And yes — I almost forgot: the first episode of Part Two turned out to be about two to three hours long, depending on how fast you read. So it’s fairly short. You might get through it even faster. The demo will have its own separate Steam page (that’s possible). So you’ll be able to leave a review on Steam: point out what didn’t work so well, praise what turned out better, and throw in some ideas for the upcoming episodes. The first The Devilry Reservation already has 45 reviews! I’m really happy about that. It probably won’t reach 50 before the end of this year, but I hope it can do so in 2026.
