  First of all, a huge thank you to 404 for quickly reporting the cloud save bug. We really appreciate the help. We have been actively working to bypass the synchronization issue. With this latest small update, the cloud save system should now be working properly. We implemented a fix that should ensure your save data migrates and backs up without any more errors. Since save files are incredibly important, please let us know if everything is running smoothly for you now, or if you still encounter any strange behavior. We will keep a close eye on your feedback.

  PLAGUN 1.1.0 - BE CHAOTIC OUT NOW!

  Good morning, Infected! How have you been? I hope the plague hasn't caught you, chewed you up, and spit you back out in one piece (or mostly in one piece!) during these months of absence. Now let's talk about the good stuff. The "BE CHAOTIC" Update 1.1.0 for Plagun is out now across all devices. What does this update bring to the table? A damn good start, that's what! Here is the full changelog: **COMMUNITY CONTEST WINNER** We have the winner of our first "FORGE YOUR WEAPON" contest! * Winner Name: 404 * Weapon: Flint & Lock * Archetype: Critical Hit, Dash * How to get it: You can unlock it at The Pile before starting a run. **NEW GAME MODE: MADNESS** * Compete on a brand new global leaderboard. * Use custom modifiers to multiply your score and outrank other infected. * Experience pure chaos: everything is completely randomized, from bosses and enemies to weapons and power-ups. **NEW NPC: THE ASSISTANT** * Added a brand new NPC to the hub. This charming lady, formerly the Doctor's assistant, is here to help. * You can now spend your extra Clots at The Pile to start your next run with some pre-run power-ups. * This is extremely useful to survive the absurd difficulty curve of the Madness mode, and a perfect way to burn through those extra Clots you have been hoarding! **VISUAL & UI OVERHAUL** * Reworked tilesets for a cleaner look. * Upgraded background visuals and combat effects. * Completely overhauled the User Interface. * Improved the in-game dialogue system to make interactions smoother. **BALANCING & TWEAKS** * Weapon tweaks: Several weapons have been buffed or nerfed (there were a lot of them, I honestly lost track, just try them out!). * Economy changes: The cost of unlockable weapons at The Pile has been significantly reduced.   Developer Takeover Sale, Update 1.1 & Community Weapon Contest

  Hello, infected.Today is a big day for PLAGUN. The game is officially back under our full control. To celebrate this new chapter, we are launching a 20% OFF "Developers Takeover" Sale starting TODAY at 19:00 CEST (10:00 AM PT). It will run for exactly two weeks, ending on May 31st. Welcome to everyone joining us.I have also re-activated the official Demo on our Steam page, so you or your friends can test the game right now for free. (note that the DEMO is currently in a old-state but it works so you can get the idea!)Behind the scenes, I am already working on the next big step: Update 1.1.   Hello infected!It's been a while, huh? How have you been?Found a cure yet? I really hope NOT!It's been a bit of a rocky period behind the scenes for us at Talkinguns, but we are back on track and more fired up than ever.First of all, I can confirm we are working on a pretty massive FREE update for PLAGUN. It is taking longer than expected, but it will be worth the wait. Instead of just adding a couple of items, we decided to focus our efforts on expanding the game modes and improving the core structure of the game, to give you a much more enjoyable and replayable experience.Here is what we are working on:New game modes (get ready for the chaos)Official Twitch integration (chat will be able to interact with your runs!)The highly requested Cloud SavesA smoother and more dynamic movement systemGeneral audio improvementsA ton of bug fixes and optimizationAs mentioned, it will still take a bit of patience before release due to our busy schedules. In the meantime, thank you so much for continuing to play, reporting bugs, and suggesting ideas.
