Manage your company's survival on Terra-7 by keeping employees content while meeting investors' expectations. Navigate the challenges of this harsh world through careful planning and strategic decision-making.
About this game
On the alien world of Terra-7, grow a small pioneering outpost into a sprawling company. In order to be successful, you will need to learn how to balance revenue generation with the well-being of the workforce.
Hire workers to extract valuable alien minerals, process them into goods, and build increasingly complex production chains. Manage work shifts, expand your base, and tend to the needs of a growing colony.
Your employees, however, are not just "human resources." They are people with real needs like hunger and sleep, and their stress levels are influenced by overwork and business growth. There is more than one strategy to keep things under control.
At the end of each cycle, you must undergo a Performance Review. Five Company Investors will evaluate your performance. Each of them has a different set of priorities. Some reward expansion and research, others focus on employees welfare, and a few might only care about dividends. To keep the colony running, you must satisfy at least three investors every cycle. Lose their trust completely, and it's game over.
To complicate matters, the alien flora will react to your expansion, releasing spores to defend its planet. You'll need to find ways to keep your employees safe and sound.
Key features
Your employees come first — Employees must eat, sleep, and manage stress from overwork, alien flora attacks, and more.
Answer to the Investors — Every cycle ends with a review from Company Investors, whose decisions can reward — or punish — how you've run things.
Procedural biomes — Every map is procedurally generated, with multiple biomes planned for the full release.
Easy to learn, hard to master — a clean UI and a limited set of Resources to keep the challenge in the decisions, not in parsing the screen.

Development Update – Economy System & Business Reviews
During this sprint, we focused on refining the game’s economy system. Getting this right is crucial: it not only makes the game more engaging and balanced, but also allows us to build deeper systems on top of it.Introducing the Business Review SystemWith the new economic foundations in place, we’ve started implementing the Business Review system. How does it work? At the end of each production cycle, your company will face a review from its stakeholders. They’ll evaluate your performance based on several key factors: - Dividends generated for investors - Growth of the company’s overall value - Employee moraleYour decisions throughout the cycle will directly influence the outcome — so every choice matters. To make these moments even more exciting, the review results are presented through a dynamic animated sequence. We hope it will keep you glued to the screen while waiting to see how the board judges your performance!UI Style UpdateWe’ve also taken a step forward on the user interface, updating the visual style to better match our intended final look and feel. It’s still evolving, but this update brings us much closer to the direction we want for the final game.We Want Your Feedback! What do you think about these changes?Your feedback helps us shape the game, so feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. Devlog - January 2026
Hi everyone!Another sprint has passed, and we’re excited to show you what we’ve been cooking up lately. So let’s dive in.RoadsRoads are finally here! They make your colony look way nicer and they’re actually useful, you know. Employees now move twice as fast when walking on them. Your little workers -- and your investors -- will thank you. AlertsNo more missing important issues. Whenever something needs your attention, small alerts pop up in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click one and jump straight to the problem.Complex TooltipsHover over the UI to get way more detailed info, updating in real time. You can understand what’s happening without digging through menus — pretty neat uh?Better EmotesEmployees are much better at expressing their worries now. When something’s wrong, they’ll make it very obvious, so most of the time you’ll instantly know what needs fixing.Services UIWe gave the Services UI some love. It’s clearer, cleaner, and easier to work with. It needs more love but it’s moving in the right direction.Mouse-only Camera ControlsGood news for mouse-only players: you can now do everything without touching the keyboard. Sit back, relax, and build your colony your way.Color Tinting and Visual AdjustmentsThe world feels more alive thanks to improved lighting and color tinting. As the sun rises and sets, the whole palette shifts more dramatically, giving the planet a stronger sense of time and mood.On top of all that, we’ve done some refactoring, added new sound effects, and we’re actively working on the soundtrack — plus a ton of smaller improvements and tweaks across the game. What’s next?In the next sprint, we’ll be focusing on the tutorial and investor dividends, which should add a nice layer of pressure and strategy to the experience. As always, thanks for playing and for the feedback — see you next sprint!Read full article on Community Announcements (Emanuele)Patch NotesOfficial
