About this game
Sunrise. It’s time to grow a garden of your own.
As a newly formed cloud, venture out into a lost world filled with strange landscapes to fulfil your singular purpose: blooming flowers. Flowerdrops is a meditative puzzle game with a focus on satisfying physics-based gameplay and strong level variety where you use bouncy raindrops to water flowers. Use the power of your droplets to ricochet off of walls, navigate through obstructions, and ultimately grow as many flowers as you can - turn by turn, stage by stage, drop by drop. An ever expanding suite of environmental hazards and bizarre obstacles means you must plan each shot carefully and make every drop count. Nowhere is too remote, too dangerous, or too absurd for you to grow your flowering friends.
The world of Flowerdrops is vast and diverse. It is a place that’s often unkind to your droplets and flowers, yet underscored by a serene and self-reflective charm. It is melancholic, playful, and treacherous. Flowerdrops is a meditative experience with a deliberate and relaxing pace, even as it gets trickier. For every new discovery, and with each new complication, new sides of this world’s beauty are revealed. Your curiosity is rewarded. Your playfulness reciprocated.
With this goal in mind, Flowerdrops includes a host of features to help ensure that regardless of your personal skill level or past experience with games, you can find the balance that works best for you:
Explore Your Garden: There are many paths through the world of Flowerdrops, and the further you go, the more choices you will have at once. Not feeling a particular level or area? Come back to it later. There’s more than one way to grow this garden.
Time Is Yours: Even at its most challenging, Flowerdrops gives you all the time in the world to survey each level and plan accordingly. The game moves as quickly as you do.
Player-Driven Difficulty: Flowerdrops does not gate-keep progress behind barriers of difficulty. Avoid or skip levels you’re not interested in, retry as many times as you’d like, and don’t fret about growing every last flower you come across. If your goal is to relax, then relax without judgement. There’s no wrong way to play Flowerdrops.
Dialing it In: Seeking a greater challenge? There’s plenty to push your puzzle-solving skills further. Bloom every flower, complete every stage, or uncover unique challenges in the remote corners of the world. Now do it all again in even fewer turns this time. You decide when the challenge is right, and Flowerdrops will meet you at your level.
Dress to Impress: Unlock a fun collection of facial features for your little cloud by exploring the world thoroughly. A brand new you might be just what it takes to appreciate things from a whole new perspective.
Whether you’re toppling the highest peaks of difficulty that Flowerdrops has to offer or taking your time to soak in a calming vista, do so to a refined and soft aesthetic. Let the warm allure of the art and the powerfully atmospheric music blanket you just as your raindrops blanket the flowers of this world. Let it all carry you to a feeling of peace and introspection. Where did I come from? What happened to this place? What will I find at the end of it all?
The universe is your garden.

Flowerdrops Version 1.5 is Available Now!
Surprise! We've got a brand new content update for Flowerdrops. It's not quite as major as V1.4 was, but it's pretty substantial nonetheless.Since the game's retail release back in September, we've gotten a lot of great feedback, and watched many new players experience the game at various IRL events. We ended up making a lot of small changes that help improve the overall feel quite a lot, and managed to sneak in a tiny bit of new content while we were at it!Check out the new trailer!ChangelogLots of little things, highlights are in bold!New feature, Bonus Splashes! Immediately after reaching Full Bloom on a level, splashing bloomed flowers earns you these. Bonus Splashes are shown on the Results Screen and have their own tracked high score value.Added 2 new levels to the final world; Archipelago and Into The WhirlpoolAfter reaching the minimum goal in a level, the few remaining unbloomed flowers have a new animation effect, which helps them be emphasized more so they stand out against the already bloomed ones. This effect triggers at the start of each turn, and also when the player is idle for a few moments. When playing a level, you can now see the name of the developer(s) of the current level and the artist of the current background music on the pause menu.Improved the visual clarity of the flower Splash Counter UI elements, as well as the numbers that appear after they bloom.Flowers that are covered in snow/sand will display a "X" on their splash counter for added visibility/clarity.Added the ending sequence as one of the levels that can potentially appear in the background of the Titlescreen once you've beaten the game.Added new Sky City, Ruins, and Salt themed levels that can appear in the background of the Titlescreen.Tweaked the color saturation levels of several themes to make the visual contrast between the start/end of a level more dramatic.Reduced the sound volume of Ice Crystals colliding with solid terrain.Fixed Water Balloons not correctly counting towa...Read full article on Community Announcements (Skylarity)Patch NotesOfficial

Flowerdrops demo now available!
Hello friends, one last update for this week:The demo of Flowerdrops is available now! It's long overdue, but we wanted to make sure we had time to test it as thoroughly as possible, because it actually contains a small bit of new and exclusive-to-the-demo (for now) content. So what exactly did we add to this demo? You might remember us mentioning there's a mode that we were testing out at IRL events - we call it Garden Gauntlet Mode. We're including it in the public demo so players can get a taste of some of the late-game content in a unique way. Garden Gauntlet Mode features playlists of levels that you play under a time limit. At the end, you are scored based on how many blooms, extra turns, and extra seconds you had. It's such a fun recontextualization of the core game, and we hope you have fun checking it out! Aside from this mode, the demo will also have a decent-sized chunk of the World Map to explore. Your save progress carries over between versions of the game, as well.Make sure to tell your non-Flowerdrops-owning friends, and thanks for playing! -Studio Cozy ZoneRead full article on Community Announcements (Skylarity)AnnouncementsOfficial
