OUR STORY
GO! GO! Beetle Roller! was developed as a four-person student project at Eastern Michigan University. The game was created from scratch within a ~10 week period.

The game is a bit moodier than Beetle Roller, but I think you'll find that it shares a ton of the same DNA.Alongside the Steam launch includes 14 achievements, and a new area: the Museum. Hey, Beetle Rollers! We have some good news to share regarding the next project for some of the developers of Beetle Roller. The demo for our next game, COCOBOY Demo Disc, is finally confirmed to be launching on January 30, 2026! Check out the snazzy new trailer below.Now, in case you haven't read our previous blog post – who is this guy and what does it have to do with Beetle Roller? COCOBOY's lead developer (that's me writing this right now, hello) was also the 3D Modeler / Tech Artist on Beetle Roller. The game also has Beetle Roller's lead designer and composer on board for chiptune music!You may recognize Cocoboy as the character who hid among trash in some Beetle Roller levels:To mirror this reference, there's also some Beetle Roller content in COCOBOY – you can purchase a poster in the in-game shop and decorate it in your room!
