About this game
Take full control of a team in a fiercely competitive environment and become the mastermind behind the next legendary roster.
As the manager, you’ll face the challenges of a high-stakes season: scouting the right talent, managing training, balancing performance and morale, and staying ahead of the shifting meta.
Each player has their own strengths, mindset, and unique playstyle. It's up to you to build synergy, optimize your drafts, and make the most of every matchup to climb the rankings. The ultimate goal: win the Worlds and cement your place in eSports history.
Manage your team's draft:The draft is the strategic core of every match. It’s up to you to read the opposing team, anticipate their picks, and craft the best possible composition for your players.
Every choice matter, player preferences, champion synergies, counter-picks… A well-executed draft can tilt the match in your favor before the game even begins.
Adapt to the changes! The meta is constantly evolving, shaking up established strategies and redefining in-game priorities. As a coach, you’ll need to stay flexible: analyze updates, adjust training sessions, rethink your drafts, and explore new compositions.
Keeping up with the latest trends and mastering the meta is key to staying one step ahead of the competition.
Handle the unexpected:Behind the scenes of a competitive season, nothing ever goes exactly as planned. Tensions between teammates, drops in morale, social media scandals, or sudden schedule changes—random events will constantly put your composure and adaptability to the test.
Can you keep your team united and performing at their best when chaos strikes?
Boost your team:Handling setbacks isn’t just about damage control—it’s also an opportunity. By making the right calls, you can unlock exclusive boost cards. These cards grant temporary but impactful advantages, such as a surge in motivation, enhanced in-game performance, or improved team synergy.
Turning crises into assets might just be what separates a crushing defeat from a glorious victory.

Devblog #3: By Design, Open to Customization
Hi there, Today let’s talk about why the game world looks the way it does. As you've probably guessed by now, the game draws heavy inspiration from one of the biggest MOBAs out there. From the structure of the competitive calendar to the strategic depth of team management, the roots are pretty obvious. That said, there’s one major constraint I’ve had to work around: licensing and copyrights. No Official Assets ? No problem Since I don’t have the rights to use official images, logos, team names, or champion designs from the real game, I’ve had to take a different route. Every visual element you see in-game, whether it’s the logo of a fictional team, the branding of a fictional tournament, or the character art for the champions, is entirely original or AI-generated. This includes: • Team/Competition logos that resemble iconic styles. • Fictional team names that echo real-world references. • Stylized champion visuals that feel familiar but are entirely new creations. The goal is clear: stay legally safe, while keeping the vibe recognizable. Make It Yours While everything in the game is fictional by design, I know that many of you might want to take things a step further. That’s why I’ve made it easy for players to customize names and visuals if they want to. Whether it’s renaming teams to match your favorite orgs or using your own champion portraits and logos, the process is fully open and super simple. All it takes is dropping your custom images into a specific folder or editing a plain text file to change team names. No complicated tools, no advanced setup, just a few quick tweaks, and you’re good to go. I’ll be sharing a detailed tutorial soon to walk you through everything, but the idea is to keep things as user-friendly as possible. The system is also designed to be smart and forgiving: if you provide a custom image or name, the game will use it. But if something’s missing, say, a logo for one of the teams, the game will automatically fall back to its default asse...Read full article on Community Announcements (Waezen Games)AnnouncementsOfficial
Devblog #2: Road to Alpha
Hi there, This time, we’re zooming out. I want to show you how a full competitive season plays out, how it's broken into key moments, and what you can expect from the game’s first big milestone: the upcoming alpha. Breaking down the competitive season While the weekly gameplay loop keeps things moving day-to-day, I also wanted the broader structure of the in-game year to feel dynamic and meaningful. That’s where the seasonal rhythm comes in. The competitive calendar is divided into three major segments: Winter, Spring, and Summer, every segment is structured into three key phases: If that structure sounds familiar, you’re not imagining things. The inspiration is heavily drawn from the competitive scene of a certain very well-known MOBA. I won’t name it directly, mostly for legal reasons, but if you know, you know 😊. We’ll dive deeper into that topic in a future devblog. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45601050/bfe1e409949cb41820bb28c72d98b6a906e5ccd5.png First Milestone: The Alpha Demo The first big step on the journey is just around the corner: the alpha demo, planned for release during Steam Next Fest. This early version won’t include all the systems and features planned for the final game. The goal here is to test the foundation, gather your feedback, and make sure the core gameplay loop feels fun, solid, and replayable. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45601050/bde6409b4159197bbb8a6ffcd2cfac82ff6f841e.png In this alpha, you'll be able to experience a complete Winter segment, starting from the regular season and pushing through to the playoffs. You’ll take control of a European team, complete with its own roster, plan the training, draft the team. If you perform well enough, you’ll earn a spot in the first International Tournament {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45601050/7c12f4ad90bdf27e424af0da11581190db5e8ad1.png Thanks so much for reading the dev blog all the way through. If the game sounds like something you'd enjoy, don’t forget to add it to your Steam wishlist! It’s a huge help for visibility and...Read full article on Community Announcements (Waezen Games)AnnouncementsOfficial
Devblog #1: Welcome aboard!
Hi there, I’ve been working on this project for a while now, and I figured its finally time to start sharing a bit of the journey. In these devlogs, I’ll talk about how the game is coming together and give you a peek behind the curtain. I’ll also be using these posts to introduce the different features you’ll get to play with in the final game, mechanics, systems, and whatever else ends up making the cut. If you’re curious about the game or just enjoy watching things slowly turn into something awesome. Welcome aboard! Turning Esports Management into Gameplay In this sim game, your goal is simple: turn raw talent into legends, navigate chaos like a pro, and master the draft phase to outplay your rivals before letting your players do the jobs. Yeah, it’s a management game, but forget boring spreadsheets and finance tracking. This is all about sharp choices, clutch moments, and the rollercoaster of running a top-tier team. Build chemistry, grow your roster, handle the unexpected, and grind your way from underdogs to champions. To make the experience both engaging and easy to pick up, I’ve structured the gameplay around a simple but effective core loop: one loop equals one in-game week. This design choice helps to avoid downtime and ensures that every session feels meaningful. Each week is broken into four key beats that represent the daily week of a team manager: {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45601050/a745609bf3e777c0c2ff7318858b0e9ddcbd84b5.png By giving each week a clear structure, I keep the pace snappy while still leaving room for strategic depth and unexpected twists. It also makes the game easier to operate once the weekly flow works. What to expect? {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45601050/031f0d5bd615ccf452a948ddd73f3108c6200acb.jpg I'm excited to share that the game will be part of Steam Next Fest this June! For the occasion, I’m putting together a special alpha demo, an early version that gives you a first taste of how the core systems work. Not everything will be there yet, since t...Read full article on Community Announcements (Waezen Games)
