About this game
Hexalith is a strategic sci-fi city-builder where you expand a glowing hex-grid colony by placing resource, city, and bonus tiles. Build your world using a deck-like blueprint system, adapt to changing conditions, and optimize each run for score. Every playthrough offers new combinations, challenges, and paths to mastery.

Place resource tiles to harvest materials used to construct and upgrade cities. Cities generate vital civilization points - Population, Ecology, and Technology, that determine whether your world thrives or collapses.
Complete main and side missions while reacting to dynamic world effects that can disrupt even the best-planned layouts. Smart positioning, timing, and blueprint choices are key to survival.

Collect up to 30 blueprints and 20 bonus tiles
Dynamic world effects that alter game conditions

Decorative bonus tiles for score boosts and visual variety
Multiple game modes for different playstyles

Normal Mode – A complete, goal-driven experience where you aim to beat the game
Infinity Mode – Continue playing endlessly and compete for the top spot on the global leaderboard
Creative Mode – A stress-free sandbox where you can build and experiment without failure
Hexalith was created by a small group of friends as a passion project, born from a shared love for making games and building open-ended sandbox experiences. It’s meant to be a place to slow down, experiment, and enjoy the simple pleasure of shaping a world. :)

Creative Mode is Here 🏗️
You can now build without constraints in the new Hexalith Creative Mode, which provides infinite access to all Blueprints, Resource tiles, and Bonus tiles. This update also introduces a deeper level of map customization, allowing you to auto-generate new worlds using specific seeds and fine-tune the layout by adjusting the grid radius and the number of starting cities. Whether you are experimenting with massive layouts or testing specific synergies, the sandbox environment removes all resource management hurdles. To help you capture your creations, we’ve added a suite of photography and environment tools. You can now toggle world effects to shift the atmosphere, use an auto-rotating camera for cinematic views, and adjust the field of view or camera blur for the perfect shot. For those who want to get technical with the visuals, the post-processing menu offers direct control over exposure, saturation, color balance, bloom, and vignette. Combined with adjustable grid settings and a "hide UI" shortcut, it is now much easier to document your megastructures exactly how you envision them.Read full article on Community Announcements (studiosartemi)AnnouncementsOfficial
