Welcome to the wonderful world of Middle Management!
Think of our business as a Roguelite Office Simulator.
That charming little blob is you! Make use of your vast managerial abilities to make your office as productive as possible! Your charming boss, and his influential clients eagerly await your results!
Master the construction of a well-ordered and productive office, by hiring the right talent, building ergonomic rooms, and arranging performance enhancing furniture.
Your workers brains are a dynamic thing, and they too must be managed responsibly, lest they develop suboptimal tendencies. Luckily your managerial abilities enable you to delve into the minds of your employees, to nudge their behaviors in the right directions!
Unfortunately some workers are beyond help, but fear not! In Middle Management, no worker goes to waste, and when they cannot work hard enough, they can be of benefit to the company in other ways! Make use of your unique skills to devour workers, or mutate them into forms that are entirely unrecognisable to their previous unproductive selves.

Private Playtest Registration Open
We are running a private playtest and are looking for playtesters!We'd love for people that are into management, strategy, roguelike, tycoon or autobattler games to give us some feedback on the mechanics so far, as well as areas where we could add depth. If you are keen to help us out, we have a form for you to provide us with your contact details. We are looking to keep this first round to private feedback, so we would ask that you don't stream or share game content to social media at this stage.
