Bready, Set, Merge!
The goal is simple: merge matching breads to create higher-level ones, aiming for the highest score possible while unlocking every type of bread in a single run. But be careful, the game ends if the breads stack up to the top of the bag!
A Tasty Twist
Every 5 drops, a customer arrives with a specific bread request. Fulfill their order by clicking/tapping on the requested bread in the bag.
Rooted In Tradition, Baked With Love
PancitoMerge is a love letter to Mexican culture and the joy of pan dulce. From colorful conchas to buttery cuernitos, each bread is inspired by real treats found in local bakeries, celebrating the warmth, tradition, and creativity of Mexican baking.
The idea for the project started when Fáyer (the game director) saw Vanila's pan dulce illustrations, he made a note about making a game that used that art, possibly on a casual puzzle like suika. Then, a whole year after, he found himself with some free time and decided to prototype the concept. He then reached out to Vanila to invite her to collab on it and she really liked the prototype, so they both started working on the web version. The main plan was to make it and if people liked it enough, they would see if it made sense to make it into something bigger. People really liked so here we are working on a bigger version for all of you!

We have released a major content update for PancitoMerge. The update brings local multiplayer (that works perfectly with remote play together), expanded customer rosters, new achievements, local leaderboards and a polished new look.What's New in the Big Update:Local Multiplayer (Co-Op & Versus): Grab a friend and share the pastry love. In Co-Op mode, players work together to fulfill customer orders and keep the bag from overflowing. In Versus mode, it's a head-to-head race to keep your bag from breaking as you send burned bread to your opponent.25 Customers Per Bakery: Each bakery now features 25 unique customers (up from 10), each with their own special styles, including a few cameos inspired by the development team.Expanded Achievements & Local Leaderboards: A fresh set of achievements to chase, now tracked locally alongside the existing global and local leaderboards.Stylish New Menus: The panadería has never looked better: redesigned menus with more personality and charm to match the game's cozy aesthetic.Full Localization: Fully playable in English, Spanish (Latin America), Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese.We want to give players a reason to come back to the bakery or invite a friend along for the first time. Hello all! I want to start by saying that it is going to be 2 months since we launched the game and we couldn't be more happy with the reception. We've gotten many comments and reviews and it all seems to be positive, so thanks for that! New feature: PancitopediaWe added a new option on the title menu called "Pancitopedia" which takes you to a new menu with info from every bread you find in the game. The info was already there in every play but the reaction to the info has been really good and we wanted to give you access to it without having to go into the game and unlocking the bread yet again. Please, share with your friends your favorite breads from the game!Event: The Fun, the Dark and the Cozy:That's right, PancitoMerge is going to be a part of this event and it is going to have a 25% off during its duration, from Feb 2nd to 9th.Other Fixes- Edited bread sizes on 3rd bakery, to make it easier to get to final bread - Minor extra bug fixes We are also cooking something else but we are not ready to talk about it just yet.
