  Buried Below Update v1.1 Is Now Live!This is our first major update since release, bringing new content, improved progression, Czech and Turkish localization, achievement fixes, gameplay improvements, and a large collection of bug fixes across the game.Some of the biggest changes include:A newly locked cemetery with a clearer progression path and new key location.A completely new section leading into the mine.New areas and progression improvements around the barn.Czech and Turkish localization.Translated achievements across all supported languages.New and fixed achievements.Improved notes and localization scaling.Improvements to the store computer and arcade game.Numerous gameplay, interaction, controller, sequence, and softlock fixes.Revised notes and environmental details to better fit the game's intended lore.Various lighting, visibility, tutorial, and quality-of-life improvements.!!! IMPORTANT SAVE WARNING !!!:Due to the amount of progression and world changes in v1.1, existing save files may not work correctly with this update.Starting a New Game is strongly recommended after updating to v1.1.You can continue using an older save if you want, but progression, objects, triggers, or other parts of the game may behave incorrectly. Issues caused by continuing an old save should not be reported as v1.1 bugs. Full patch log:1. New Content and ProgressionAdded a locked gate to the cemetery.   Buried Below Release Delayed

  Sadly, due to some complications and unexpected delays during Steam’s review process, Buried Below will no longer be releasing on August 12.We finally received feedback from Steam, but with some additional changes requested and another review still required afterwards, there simply isn’t enough time left for me to comfortably promise Wednesday’s launch.Rather than wait until the very last moment and hope everything gets cleared in time, I’ve decided to postpone the release and make sure everything is properly approved before committing to another date.A new release date will be announced as soon as we receive the final green light from Steam. I don’t expect that to be too far away.The Buried Below demo will remain available while we wait, and work on the full game continues as normal.Thank you for all the support, feedback and wishlists so far, and especially to everyone who was looking forward to playing on August 12.The tape will start playing again.Just a little later than we hoped.
