Climb through high-stakes mafia rounds by rolling dice and facing off in lethal Russian roulette. In Mafioso's Dice, strategy, deception, and hidden cards decide who remains alive at the end of 2026's intense early access release.

About this game

🔫 Mafioso’s Dice

Mafioso’s Dice is a strategic tabletop game that combines social deduction mechanics with dynamic dice gameplay.

Players take on hidden roles and, in each round, rely not only on luck but also on bluffing, persuasion, and strategic thinking to survive.

The objective is clear:
The game continues until only one mafia member remains at the table.

🔥 Key Features:

🎲 High-Stakes Dice Gameplay
Each round, players roll dice to earn points. The scoring system is based on poker-style hand combinations:

Pair, Three of a Kind, Full House, Four of a Kind, Straight, and other combinations award increasing points.

Players may strategically keep or reroll dice to form the highest possible combination.

🎯 The first player to reach 1200 points earns the right to “shoot.”

🔫 Russian Roulette Mechanic
Once a player reaches 1200 points, they choose a target and pull the trigger. At this moment, the game shifts from luck to pure social intelligence. The shooter must select a target carefully — all roles are hidden. Eliminating the wrong player can shift the balance of power, while eliminating the right one can create a decisive advantage toward winning the game.

New Feature: Roles
We’ve added unique roles! Each role comes with its own abilities and strategic advantages. Use your role wisely to change the course of the game:

  • Capo

The boss’s most trusted hitman. Can take out two targets at once.
Effect: You can shoot two different players in the same turn.

  • Don

The undisputed leader of the family. Trying to kill them is suicide.
Effect: Any player who tries to shoot you ends up shooting themselves.

  • Arm Dealer

Weapons are his business. He knows the secrets of the chamber better than anyone.

Effect: Whenever any player completes their score, you gain the right to see one of the loaded bullets. It does not have to be your turn.

  • Madman

    Fate decides who gets shot.

Effect: When you fire, you cannot choose a target. You shoot a random living player, excluding yourself.

  • Politician

He knows how to redirect a bullet.

Effect: If someone shoots at you, you choose another target. The attacking player must shoot the new target you selected.

  • Consigliere

    Invisible, but aware of everything.

Effect: When you complete your score, you see the roles of all players at the table.

  • Two Face

Life and death are decided by a coin.

Effect: If someone shoots at you, a coin is flipped. Whichever side it lands on, that player shoots themselves.

  • Underboss

The boss’s right-hand. Hard to take down on the first attempt.

Effect: If someone shoots at you, you do not die from the first bullet, even if it is loaded. This effect only blocks the first bullet.

🧠 Strategy, Bluffing & Mind Games
Fate Cards mean the game isn't just about dice and bullets. With hidden powers, bluffing, threatening, and building (or breaking) trust are key tactics at the table.

🕴️ Stylized Mafia-Themed Atmosphere
Dark, smoky, and retro—a noir mafia world brought to life. Eye contact, silent deals, and dramatic finales define the vibe.

    Mafioso’s Dice Devlog #1

{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45576481/f1110884d43de60d8e24a4756bd5404813ada5c1.gif Updates 🚀 Core Gameplay Loop Completed This week, we’ve officially completed the core gameplay loop of Mafioso’s Dice! Most of our efforts were focused on bug fixing and polishing. Demo Build & QA Testing We packaged a demo version for internal testing and to share with close contacts and potential publishers. QA tests have begun, and we’re actively iterating based on the feedback we receive. UI Improvements We changed the font used in instruction and scoring panels to improve readability. The score panel was moved from the top-left to the bottom-left corner for better visual balance. IK System Overhaul We reworked the entire IK (Inverse Kinematics) system used for aiming. The new implementation is significantly more stable and responsive. Bug Fixes 🐛🔨 Fixed a bug where using the Shield card while performing suicide would freeze the game. Fixed audio issues where some sounds weren’t connected to the mixer, causing volume settings to not work. Fixed an issue where player names appeared incorrectly for everyone except the host in Steam lobbies. Resolved a bug that caused the game to lock up if a player disconnected mid-match. Reworked the IK system to fix glitches during the suicide animation. That's all for this week's updates and fixes! Don't forget to support us and share your feedback in the comments. 💬 Thank you! 🙌 Erdem Akbaba

    Mafioso’s Dice Devlog #0

What Are Devlogs? Devlogs are posts that we plan to publish weekly to share the decisions we make and the current state of development with our community. In some cases, we might post more frequently for major updates, or every two weeks if the development process slows down. We will also announce events 🎪 and sale weeks 🛍️ through devlogs. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45576481/f1110884d43de60d8e24a4756bd5404813ada5c1.gif Updates 🚀 Card System Added! 🃏 We have added a card system to increase the game's strategic depth and allow players to bluff. At the beginning of each round, random cards are dealt to each player. 70% of the dealt cards are blank, and only 30% contain special abilities. Players do not know which cards other players have. When a player shoots (whether they kill or not), new cards are dealt and the game continues until only one player remains. Current special cards in the game: ⚔️ Sword: Makes the player who shot at you accidentally shoot themselves. 🛡️ Shield: Even if the player who shot at you hits, you survive. More cards will be added in future updates. Card Dealing Mechanic Cards first spawn openly in the center of the table. They are then stacked and shuffled together with an animation. After that, the cards are randomly distributed to players. The leftover deck disappears using a dissolve shader. ✨ {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45576481/10498a134135f84c5395d2d910636d3a2c9e47ce.gif Used cards are also destroyed with a dissolve shader. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45576481/7c82c74093a7694bc4d6fc7df3cdf86539d5f10b.gif Bug Fixes 🐛🔨 Fixed a bug where a dead player could still be selected as a target. Added physics to chairs. Now when a player dies, their chair also falls over. 🪑💥 Fixed a bug where the game would freeze if no points were scored in the first round. Fixed the issue where the game could be started with only one player in the lobby. Now at least 2 players are required. (sorry 😅) UI elements have been redesigned for better readability and moved from the bottom to the ...
