Ambrosia Sky challenges you to survive and find beauty amidst treacherous ruins. As you harvest hostile alien strains, uncover the mysteries of an asteroid colony devastated by unknown contamination.
About this game

Ambrosia Sky is a first-person immersive sim where the only thing standing between you and the answers you seek are treacherous zero-G anomalies, deadly alien fungus with their own unique abilities, and the creeping guilt that maybe if you hadn’t abandoned this place all those years ago, everyone you used to know might still be alive.

Ambrosia Sky will be your sombre homecoming to a colony that is overrun with a vibrant, alien ecosystem. Adapt and survive encounters with various forms of hostile fungi that will burn, electrocute, and overwhelm you. Harvest their fruit to craft powerful new chemical agents to fight back or open new avenues of exploration. And pick through the desiccated remains of a once populous colony as you journey into strange depths to unravel the dark mystery that left its inhabitants dead, missing, or maybe even complicit.
Ambrosia Sky’s unique gameplay blends rewarding exploration with meditative cleaning. Use your chemical sprayer to cleanse unique strains of deadly fungi, each one trying to burn, electrocute, or trap you. Study their behaviours and harvest their fruiting bodies to craft powerful upgrades, such as electrical foam you can use to reroute power to power doors or consoles.
The stylized world of Ambrosia Sky is a living ecosystem home to both the hostile fungus and the remnants of those who once lived there. Explore a series of environments across a range of mission types, using your tether to traverse unstable gravity fields or reach hidden passages to uncover the mystery of the Cluster.
Your mission isn’t purely personal. As part of an enigmatic order of scientists in pursuit of human immortality, you are also tasked with finding victims of the contamination whose DNA can be studied. Find these chosen deceased, perform a sacred ritual to further your research and understand the disaster through the lives of the people destroyed by it.

Ambrosia Sky: Act Two (PC) Review
When last I left off with Ambrosia Sky, I wasn’t particularly sold on the game. My initial hopes that it would be a moody, Powerwash Simulator in space, wrapped around a compelling narrative, were somewhat dashed, and the game I was left with wasn’t really doing enough with its gameplay or storytelling to hook me in. When I heard the game would nix its three-part structure for two, I hoped maybe it would focus on its strongest points and deliver a compelling finale. And unfortunately, that isn’t the case. I’ve often said in my reviews that reviewing a mediocre game is worse than reviewing one that is either bad or good, because there’s so little to actually say about a game that neither fails, nor really succeeds in its endeavours. Ambrosia Sky: Act Two is just more of the same—all the things I complained about last November, with some more added annoyances. Ambrosia Sky: Act Two continues Dalia’s quest to put an end to the troublesome fungus that has taken over The ... Read moreRead full article on CGMagazine (Jordan Biordi)AnnouncementsOfficial

The Beginning of The End
In only TWO days, the final act of Ambrosia Sky launches as a free update! In case it's been a minute since you played Act One, we've got a summary of the events that came before. Plus: an overview of what's to come in Act Two. If you're a new player, scroll down to the YouTube video to skip spoilers! This is the beginning of the end of Dalia's journey into the heart of The Cluster. The Beginning...⚠ Please note: spoilers included for Ambrosia Sky: Act One. ⚠Dalia came home. It’s her first time back at the Cluster in 15 years. And she’s here to do a job. As a Scarab, her job is to clean up after catastrophic events, while cataloguing the DNA of the recently deceased. To say this is complicated for Dalia is an understatement. She left quickly, and without telling a soul, 15 years ago. She’s not spoken to anybody since. Not her stepmother, Hale, nor Maeve, her former best friend and love of Dalia’s life. As Dalia uncovered the mystery behind this catastrophe, she learned what had happened to the people she used to know. She learned Hale is still running the Cluster, and people are, to put it mildly, highly suspicious of her. Hale can’t so much as sneeze without pissing somebody off, and that’s all her own doing. Dalia has complicated emotions about her stepmother, but she knows she’ll eventually have to find Hale. But Hale was not Dalia’s priority. At first, just doing her job was. She cleaned up the fungus and fulfilled odd requests from the Scarabs. As a Scarab, she knew it was her job to collect the DNA of consenting individuals who recently died. But why did the Scarabs want Dalia to collect pieces of the leviathan, the dead beast that the Cluster was built on? Why did the Scarabs want the bio-engineered seeds the Cluster botanists were working on? Dalia’s suspicions of her employer grew the more they asked her to do things not in her purview. Dalia didn’t like feeling like she was grave robbing her home. As Dalia’s faith in the Scarabs began to dwindle, her focus tu...Read full article on Community Announcements ([SR] Colin)AnnouncementsOfficial
