About this game
Iron Onslaught is a wave-based game where you survive an endless wave of bots and mechs, and the only way to survive is to kill to unlock new weapons before you're overpowered by them. So sit back, relax, and survive the ever-growing horde.
Kill To Get New Weapons
The more enemies you kill, the more weapons you unlock, and the more enemies that'll spawn (do keep in mind that the bots regularly launch into the air or towards you, and the mechs occasionally fly).
Don't Die
If you die, you lose everything, so make sure to watch your surroundings, otherwise you may get surrounded.
Save Your Progress
When you exit to main menu, your progress is saved for next time, but if you die or start a new game, that progress is deleted.

Iron Onslaught v1.0.0.0 Under Development
There hasn't been an update in months, and there won't be for a while, not because I'm bailing on this game, but because I'm working on v1.0.0.0.Looking at the current state of this game, I'm not happy with what I've developed: it's boring, repetitive, and I didn't know what to do for the full release. So to take my mind off of Iron Onslaught, I decided to make another game, Warrens Of Random, learn controller support, Linux builds for PC and Steam Deck, and changeable keys. After spending a month on Warrens Of Random, I was ready to begin doing an entire overhaul for Iron Onslaught v1.0.0.0.The OverhaulReplacing the desert map and arctic map with around 20 new mapsRedesigning the player, enemies, weapons, and animations to be less detailed, low-poly, low frames, and sprite-based like the classic DOOM.Drastically improving the gameplay and overall experience (the reason why the game was boring in the first place)Adding new enemiesAdding controller supportMaking builds for Linux and Steam DeckI've started working on v1.0.0.0 in October, and I'll be uploading devlogs once I'm ready to get some initial feedback.Read full article on Community Announcements (Saudade Software)Patch NotesOfficial
