About this game
Mysterious deaths kept happening, and then suddenly, a suburban hospital shut down.
As a journalist, you step into the abandoned hospital to uncover the truth.
Scattered throughout the hospital are 10 medical records. Collect them and find your way out.
But there’s one problem… You’re a total coward.
The only way to run is to scream—and push yourself forward.
Shout your way to the finish!
Game Features
🔊 Mic Input
Scream into your mic to run.
Running away from enemies by actually screaming makes the experience even more immersive.
(You can play without a mic, but you won’t be able to run, making the game much harder.)
(Normal movement is done with WASD.)
🌍 Online Multiplayer
Play with up to 4 players!
Scream together with your friends.
Bring a healing item to your fallen friend and help them recover.
🎙 Proximity Voice Chat
Talk to your friends while playing.
If you hear a scream in the distance… run for your life!
👀Sound-sensitive Enemies
Enemies react to sound.
If they hear your voice or noises you make, they may come toward you.
If you make a noise, it's best to get away from that spot immediately.

New Map “Laboratory” & Ping Feature Update
A new map, “Laboratory,” and the new Ping feature has been added to MustScream. Laboratory is set inside a research facility that has sunk beneath the sea. Fight through an extreme underwater environment with poor visibility and restricted movement as you recover research documents and make your way to the exit. We've also added a new Ping feature. By placing pings, you can mark destinations or points of interest for other players, as well as get a general idea of your teammates' locations. A new map, “Laboratory,” is coming to MustScream. Laboratory is set inside a research facility that has sunk beneath the sea. Fight through an extreme underwater environment with poor visibility and restricted movement as you recover research documents and make your way to the exit. Temple Update & Public Matchmaking Now Available
The new map “Temple” and public matchmaking have been added to MustScream. Temple features partially randomized layouts, changing each time you play. Explore the dark corridors of the temple and find your way to escape through ever-changing routes and situations. With the addition of public matchmaking, you can now play with other players without needing a room ID. By setting your server to public when creating it, other players will be able to join. As before, you can still play using room IDs or Steam invites. If you want to play only with friends, please use a private server. Text chat has also been added to the lobby, making communication and coordination between players easier. Public matchmaking is currently in a prototype stage, so bugs or unexpected issues may occur.
