About this game

Seven Sinners is a western roguelike with turn-based QTE combat about bandits from the Wild West.

Lead the gang of the Seven Sinners through the prairies and forests of the Wild West, saloons, canyons and hospitals. You will fight not only bounty hunters, but also the sheriff's dogs, the feds, hunger and disease. Uncover stagecoach routes and bankers' secrets, and rob a train using the innovative turn-based QTE combat system.

  • Turn-based QTE combat will challenge not only your tactical sense, but also the speed of your fingers.

  • Classic CRPG and roguelike features, including permanent character death, procedural global and battle maps provide replayability.

  • Global Map. Plot your way through the Wild West wisely, taking into account the state of the Sinners and your supplies.

  • Hire. Grim Reaper took one of the Seven Sinners? Visit the saloon, maybe there will be a daredevil there.

  • Set up camp to heal your wounds, hunt and rest.

  • Cities. Behave calmly and maybe the sheriff will not start shooting first.

  • A good combination of a western and card board games.

Can you escape the Sheriff's mutts, grab the jackpot and ride off into the carefree sunset? Saddle up your horses and shoot without a miss!

Patch 1.0.4: Winter Event "The Pretenders"

This patch not only brings another round of fixes and improvements but also launches a thematic Winter Holiday event - "The Pretenders." It will run from December 27th to January 14th.During this event, you'll get to experience the role of a bounty hunter. In the town of Salmon Creek, you'll find a wanted poster with a task to track down a gang of disguised, bearded men. These fellows are real wolves in Santa Claus clothing who have managed to stir up more trouble in the area than our Sinners. Completing the quest will shower you generously with cash, and the loot from the Pretenders themselves will aid your meta-progression on a successful run. However, a shootout with these thespians won't be a walk in the park. Prepare thoroughly for this challenge: stock up on necessary consumables and level up your gentlemen.Simultaneously, we continue to work based on your feedback: refining UI and UX, fixing bugs and issues, and polishing the game. The current patch has improved the following aspects:Enhanced the quick party management system. It is now available at any point during a raid. The ability to heal Sinners has been added to the quick-access survival functions. The quick management system has become more informative. Hovering the cursor over a Sinner's slot now highlights all their information at any time.Fixed errors related to the quick party management system occurring at the moment of a character's death or hiring.Corrected some typos and errors in the localization.Fixed numerous errors related to turn order that occurred during enemy attacks with two waves, as well as during train robberies.Fixed a bug that occurred during horseback shootouts: cover statuses were not updating after a unit's death.

The player no longer has to drag each provision item into the sinner's personal inventory.Found and eliminated a number of other errors that caused the turn order to break.Fixed a bug with missing money. Last time the cause was incorrectly identified. Such an error could occur before the 3rd day of the campaign due to incorrect handling of an event with rednecks.Fixed a bug with a non-disappearing widget in the saloon when hiring new sinners.Fixed the AOE damage for double-barreled shotguns.Fixed issues related to incorrect saving of meta-progression elements.Fix: Safe keys no longer persist between heists, as originally intended.Thank you for your patience and support!

Update 1.0.1: First Hotfixes & Balancing

So, here is the first hotfix update following the release of Seven Sinners. We are carefully reading all your feedback, comments, and suggestions for the game's development - and we are grateful for such lively input! Your activity strongly motivates us to continue working on the project and making it better.Based on your feedback, we've identified a number of issues we plan to work on in the near future. The main stumbling block at release was the difficulty balance, and we have worked on it in this patch. The game will remain challenging, but the core elements and mechanics have become fairer and more comfortable. We have also added more hints and explanations for many aspects of the game.In parallel, active work on the network component continues. This mode is currently available as experimental, but we will soon bring it to the required quality. Here is a list of the key hotfixes included in this update:Alternative Controls: All mini-games using the WASD layout now support parallel input with arrow keys. During gameplay, both the letters and the arrow symbols are highlighted. This makes visual orientation easier, and the parallel input won't interfere with those already accustomed to WASD.Squad Management: Added a function to assign all squad members to campsite or saloon tiles at once for more comfortable gang management.Balance of Mini-Games (Scouting/Hunting/Stealing): QTE mechanics have been made easier. We balanced the timings and widened the window for a successful press. The challenge remains, but gathering provisions and searching for interesting finds is now more comfortable.Simplified Reloading: The weapon reloading mini-game has also been slightly simplified with more adequate QTE timings.Clearer Results: The outcome of any QTE (success or failure) is now highlighted with a corresponding color and accompanied by a distinctive animation, making the result more obvious.Additional Tutorials: Mechanics for robbing stagecoaches or banks, hunting, and scouti...
