About this game
The vampire's tower rises in the heart of darkness. To save his mother, the adventurous cat must face monsters, bosses, and traps on every floor. In this roguelike, you take on the role of a fearless archer cat named Ryu on an epic journey to confront the forces of darkness! With every step inside the tower, you will encounter hordes of battle-hungry enemies. Using quick reflexes and sharp strategy, dodge projectiles, shoot with precision, and unleash special abilities to survive.

Hello, adventurers and feline fans!We’ve been working hard over the past few days to bring the first major balancing and content update to the Catventure: The Curse of Dark the Tower demo. Our main focus was making progression more rewarding and ensuring your gear feels powerful and looks amazing.Check out the highlights of this update:✨ New Equipment & Visual EffectsOur feline archer’s arsenal just got a massive visual upgrade!12 new pieces of equipment now feature unique effects.New equipment has synergy between them and the power to generate diverse builds.Stat Rebalance: Both defensive and offensive attributes have been tweaked to make every build choice more strategic.💰 Economy & RewardsWe want every run to feel impactful.Now every floor will have a chest (which can be made of wood, iron, or gold) hidden away.Boss Chests: Defeating a boss is now even more satisfying with the addition of a dedicated reward chest!Shards: We’ve adjusted shard gains during runs, and they are now properly saved and accounted for when you complete the demo!Forge System: Forging costs have been rebalanced to make crafting gear feel fair and fluid.⚖️ Balancing & PolishingWe’ve listened to your feedback and fine-tuned the difficulty:Traps: Damage from traps has been adjusted so they are challenging without being overly punishing.Events: We’ve increased the spawn rate of Event Doors and improved the loot drops found within.Power-ups: We performed a deep dive into all passive and active powers to ensure everything is balanced and fun to use.Technical Fixes:General fixes for reported bugs and crashes.Thank you for playing the demo and helping us shape the future of Catventure!
