Game Patch v1.7.4
Hello everyone,After spending some time on other projects and with my new game now releasing, I wanted to return and give Daily Driven Racer attention and care.Patch Notes - v1.7.4:Gameplay Fixes and Improvements:Being eliminated after battle timeout no longer affects match results.Players now respawn in Cruise Mode when eliminated by natural causes such as lava or drowning.Fixed death triggers in lava and fall‑out zones during Battle Mode. These triggers in rare cases failed, causing players to glitch outside the arena and break the competition flow.Cops & Robbers timer extended when gold is taken. This gives cops more time to catch the robbers and stops robbers from running to random safe spots without pressure, which raises the tension and makes the chase more dynamic.Fixed a vehicle color selection bug where choosing a color for Car A, then switching to Car B and selecting a color, resulted in an unintended color being applied.Physics in the ball game have been adjusted so the ball is less likely to bounce excessively. Matches now feel more grounded, consistent, and enjoyable.Track Visual Updates:Some tracks looked too similar, so additional details and visual distinctions were added such as new landmarks and night‑time variations.Updated tracks include:Entaria Enclosure - Switched to night setting with a simple landmarkCias - More details on sidesFennara Speedway - More details in sidesGreendale Lake - better tree placement and variety As for the Nurbingnord:No changes were done, but in the future, I might revisit and work on it.Technical and Graphical Changes:Reduced tree render distance on Maximum settings to improve FPS while maintaining visual quality.Lowered tree density on certain tracks and reduced lightmap sizes to improve performance and overall game size.Fixed an issue where resolution would change automatically mid‑gameplay; resolution is now locked unless changed by the player.New game size lowered from around 6 GB to about 4.3 GB.Read full article on Community Announcements (A-Grand)Patch NotesOfficial
