The Closed Alpha is LIVE!
It’s Tiiiiiiime! 🥳 The Closed Alpha is here! The Closed Alpha build for Dungeon of the Desirable Detainees is officially ready for testing! The Closed Alpha is happening on itch.io for two reasons:Because the game is probably too "barebones" to go through Steam's build validation process yet. I might be wrong, but I'm just avoiding this little extra potential overhead for this first step. However, rest assured that I will move to hosting on Steam very soon.Because it's very early feedback, I don't need the robust Steam beta build features. I will only give access to 20 players maximum. How to participate It's a simple two step process:Join the Discord here.Fill up the sign-up form here. What to expect in this versionThis is a very early "mechanical" build. There is no story yet, just one dungeon to explore and the core gameplay mechanics to stress-test. Our goal is to check stability, performance, and see how the game feels on different hardware.Your Feedback Matters! If you get in, please fill out the Feedback Survey (you’ll find the link in the game's main menu and the final screen). Your input is absolutely invaluable and will directly help shape the future of the game! 😄See you soon!Panda 🐼Read full article on Community Announcements (DaPandaMasta)Patch NotesOfficial
Closed Alpha & Development Update!
Hello there, beautiful people! It is the first update that I post here, on Steam, but now that the game is getting very close to the Closed Alpha stage, and that I no longer have too many side projects to slow down the development, I'll start posting more often. The Closed AlphaI will do a Closed Alpha that will most likely happen next month. It will be a very early build, with no story whatsoever. The goal will be to get some early feedback on the systems and the art.If you want to be a part of it, please join the Discord.See you soon!Panda 🐼Read full article on Community Announcements (DaPandaMasta)AnnouncementsOfficial
