Dive into the complex world of medieval horse trading as you breed, race, and train generations of equines. Build your empire by managing caravans, mining resources, and dealing with powerful lords in this deep simulation experience.
About this game
Once a respected baron, you lost everything when a trusted vassal betrayed your family and seized your title. Forced to flee across the sea with only a handful of coins, you take refuge in a remote land and purchase a rundown stable to begin a new life.
Trade horses, formulate feed, and breed generations of elite horses. Train and auction valuable stock, expand your stables, mine resources, forge weapons and armor, farm crops, run merchant caravans, recruit villagers, train mercenaries, and earn the favor of powerful lords. Build your fortune from the ground up and dominate the medieval horse trade.
When your forces are finally strong enough, return across the sea to confront the usurper, reclaim your birthright, and restore your family's honor.

Patch 2.0 – Grass Regrowth and More Features
Hello, horse masters! Thank you so much for playing Medieval Horse Dealer Simulator. We’ve received a lot of valuable feedback from you, and now here comes the tenth patch!Grass RegrowthMany of you have mentioned that you would like the grass in the game to be able to grow back. Now, grass will regrow every 10 days.Quick EquipWe’ve also learned from many players that they would prefer a quicker way to equip horses with horse equipment. So, we’ve added a Quick Equip function. You can first set the maximum quality of horse equipment you would allow to be used on the horse, then click Quick Equip. If you have the required items in the warehouse, the equipment will be equipped immediately.Ranch Hand Employee Management and Notification Message ManagementMany players have mentioned that sometimes they do not want their ranch hand to craft cheese or beer and would like to be able to control this. Many players have also mentioned that the lacking-material notification appears too frequently and can become annoying. So, we’ve added management options to the Employees section of your Journal. You can turn notification messages from farmers and ranch hands on or off and control their notification intervals. You can also allow or disallow your ranch hand from crafting cheese and beer.If you encounter any bugs, please let us know via the forum or our Discord. Patch 1.9 – Multiple Farmers and More Features
Hello, horse masters! Thank you so much for playing Medieval Horse Dealer Simulator. We’ve received a lot of valuable feedback from you, and now here comes the ninth patch!Multiple FarmersMany of you have mentioned that sometimes one farmer cannot handle all the farm work, so now you can assign multiple employees to work together as farmers. We have also added a new employee who is available for hiring. You can also upgrade your Employee Cabin to Level 5 to create a new slot for the new employee. This feature is very new, so bugs may occur, but we will work quickly to fix any issues that arise. Please bear with us as we continue to improve this feature, and we really appreciate your understanding.Default Setting for Whether Horses Can Be Sold by EmployeesWe’ve also learned from many players that they would prefer the default setting for whether a horse can be sold by an employee to be set to NO. However, we’re afraid that new players may think it’s a bug if their stablehand employee cannot sell any of their horses. So, we came up with another solution: we’ve added a global setting that you can access through the horse interaction UI. This setting will affect all FUTURE horses, including horses you breed, buy, or capture.Scythe Upgrade and Curry Comb UpgradeMany players have mentioned that they would like to have a scythe upgrade and a curry comb upgrade, so here they are! You can now buy these upgrades to cut grass much faster and brush horses much faster to gain the related trait.Grass Count UI When Using the ScytheYou can now see how much grass you have when cutting grass with your scythe.Quicker Addition of Items When Buying and in the Merchant WagonYou can now add 100 items at once when buying things in the Market. You can also hold the button when interacting with items in the Merchant Wagon to add or remove items faster. If you encounter any bugs, please let us know via the forum or our Discord.
