About this game
Welcome to "Greyvale Rivalry" the raunchy, hilarious, and outrageously sexy visual novel where college life is just a backdrop for booze, babes, and brutal sporting smackdowns.
Ever fantasized about the wild side of college? We're talking epic parties that spill out of dorm rooms and into the streets, the kind of shenanigans that make for legendary stories (and maybe a few regrettable photos), and the electric energy of fierce rivalries on and off the field. Greyvale Rivalry throws you headfirst into all of it, with you in the driver's seat!
Imagine landing a spot on the college soccer team, only to be hilariously mistaken for a hotshot football player and causin' the biggest clash of sports teams on campus since '99. That's your life now, rookie. Get ready for awkward encounters, cultural collisions between the finesse of soccer—AKA football to the rest of the world—and the brute force of American football, and a social scene that's as cutthroat as it is tempting. You'll be navigating friendships, forging your identity, and trying to keep your head above the tide of non-stop parties, panties, and hormone-fueled drama.

Greyvale Rivalry - Episode 2 - Status Update #5
Hello everyone,It's been a while since our last update! To be honest, the burnout from the previous status continued. Because of that, we took a one week break to rest and clear our heads. We are feeling much better now! When we came back from our break, we looked closely at how we work. We realized that jumping straight from the script to 3D renders was slowing us down and wasting a lot of time.To fix this, we spent about a week and a half changing our process. We decided to focus a lot more on storyboarding before we even touch the 3D software. The good news is that this new plan works perfectly! By planning the scenes out first, we can work much faster and avoid having to fix things later. We are fully using this new method now, and everything is moving a lot smoother. Also, before I forget, we've finished rendering the animations in Scene 8.After all this talk, let's get to the scenes to see how the new system helped us with the latest scene.Scene 4: Started this one 3 days ago. Normally, this one would take us around 4-7 days to finish, but with the new storyboard, it was hella faster. Currently, we've posed around 150 and rendered 120 images.Lastly, we want to thank you for the 11k wishlist on Steam! It means a lot. Also, we've started considering releasing the Greyvale on Steam in EA. Since the episode sizes for the Greyvale are really big, the release should be around the 6- 8-hour mark. We started considering it after getting tons of messages asking for a Steam release date, and we wanted to take the Steam release pressure off our shoulders. Anyway, it's still a thought, but we'd like to hear your thoughts on it.The GreysRead full article on Community Announcements (Zyanid)Patch NotesOfficial
Greyvale Rivalry - Episode 2 - Status Update #4
Hello everyone,We're back with another quick update! So, what have we been up to lately? The past two weeks have been heavily focused on animations. We also started working on a brand new scene a few days ago. Once we get that to a certain point, we'll be jumping right back into rendering more animations. To be completely honest, we were feeling a bit burnt out over the last couple of weeks, which naturally caused our productivity to drop. But don't worry, we're feeling much better now and are well on our way back to our usual pace! The total number of renders might seem a little low this time around, but that's because we've been tackling some animations. Since we're rendering them across multiple computers, we aren't exactly sure how many are completely finished just yet. Even so, it was a heavy task that just needed to get done, and we're glad to have a chunk of it out of the way! Let's get to what we've done: 7th Scene: We mentioned this one in the last status update, but we made an addition to it that will only be seen by some players, but we thought it was needed. The total for this scene was 190 renders. We didn't add any previews for this one since they haven't been rendered yet.8th Scene: We started working on this one a couple of days ago. This scene will be the first one in Episode 2 that is fully based on the choices you made in the previous episode. We've quickly knocked out 70 renders for it so far, and we're planning to start on its animations today. We won't give any total render estimate for this one, since the animations can add a lot of static renders and it's hard to predict the final count. The GreysRead full article on Community Announcements (Zyanid)Patch NotesOfficial
Greyvale Rivalry - Episode 2 - Status Update #3
Hello everyone,We're here with another status update. This one will be short and sweet. So, what's going on, and why haven't we posted an update for a month? As you know, we also develop The Grey Dream, and we were getting used to the new work schedule, but that doesn't mean we didn't make any progress. We were mostly focusing on the animations for Greyvale Rivalry, since rendering them didn't require any active work while they were being rendered. About two weeks ago, we finally figured out how to adjust to the pace of balancing both games, and now we're back to focusing fully on this one.So, did we do nothing besides the animations? Of course not! Let's get to what we've done:6th Scene: You might remember this scene from Gina's clothing poll that we did a while ago, and the winning outfit is finally here! The render count is still a bit rough around the edges, but it should end up at around 150.7th Scene: This scene was really fun to work on and write. It is currently at around 150 renders as well, but we think it might need another 30 or so, so the final count isn't set just yet.One last thing before the previews. As always, if you haven't wishlist the game on Steam, it'd mean a lot to us if you could! The GreysRead full article on Community Announcements (Zyanid)Patch NotesOfficial
Greyvale Rivalry - Episode 2 - Status Update #2
Hello everyone,We're back with another status update. Let me be real with you—it's been a painfully annoying couple of weeks. Not gonna lie, these last three weeks were absolute hell because our rigs just kept crashing every single time we tried to render the statics we'd posed. It got so bad that at one point, we had three weeks' worth of posed scenes just sitting in the queue because the hardware stubbornly refused to spit out more than 10 renders a day. But! We finally found a fix for it a couple of days ago, and we're officially chewing through that massive backlog of stacked-up renders. Also, during that whole mess, we figured out that our rigs somehow didn't crash when rendering animations. So, to avoid losing time, we shifted gears and started working on the cinematics instead. So far, we're about halfway through the first one.Alright, now that the usual semi-monthly dev rant is out of the way, let's get down to the numbers!First scene: We actually finished putting this one together in just 3 days, but thanks to those constant crashes I mentioned, the actual render time dragged out to almost a full week.Second scene: We are still rendering this one. We also decided to add a cinematic to it just for good measure. It's churning through the render queue at a snail's pace, which makes sense considering how absolutely massive this scene is.Third scene: We started this one a couple of days ago. It's almost finished on the posing side and will probably end up being around 110 renders. Just like the others, it's currently sitting pretty in the render queue waiting for its turn. Before we wrap this up, we want to take a second to say a massive THANK YOU for hitting 7,600 wishlists on Steam! It seriously means the world to us and keeps us going through all these hardware headaches. See you in the next one! The GreysRead full article on Community Announcements (Zyanid)Patch NotesOfficial
Greyvale Rivalry - Episode 2 - Status Update #1
Hello everyone,Yeah, we know. It's been a hot minute since we last dropped a Steam post, and we are genuinely sorry for the radio silence. But trust us, we haven't just been sitting on our hands—we've been grinding non-stop, and we've come a very long way.Last time we gave you guys an update, we were sitting at around 3,000 renders. Well, Episode 1 ended up being a massive 5,200 renders. On top of the static stuff, we also cranked out 90+ animations, which basically ate up almost two entire months to render. Since we were already going completely all out for the first episode's visuals, we figured, "Why not go all out with the audio too?" So, we bought proper music licenses from UPM, and judging by the reactions we've gotten for Episode 1 so far, it was 100% worth the investment. Now, let's play catch-up and cover the lost time on the scenes we haven't posted about here yet.Scene 8.5: This was one of our latest additions. It's a short alternative to the previous scene, but I personally absolutely love the dialogue in this one. It's currently sitting at around 65 renders but should end up somewhere around the 140–160 mark, plus a few animations thrown in.Scene 12: This one took way longer than it had any right to for its context. We couldn't find an original setting that fit, so we just said "to hell with it" and built one ourselves from scratch. It's completely done now and clocks in at 188 renders.Scene 13: So far, we've rendered around 246 images, but we'll make some additions, so the final total should be around 260.Scene 13.5: Another scene with a brand new environment. Honestly, it wasn't too much of a headache, and we wrapped it up at 162 renders.14th scene: It took almost a week for this one, but we're glad it's finished. Also, we've finally managed to guess the render amount of a scene. 441 renders.Scene 15: I started this one a couple of days ago, and we really like how it's shaping up. It's short, sweet, and almost finished at around 100 renders.Scene 16: R...Read full article on Community Announcements (Zyanid)
