About this game
"CE-III Protocol: Last Drop" is an horror puzzle game in the New Weird genre, inspired by SCP Foundation, Lobotomy Corporation and the Witch's House.
We deliver a unique experience through immersive atmosphere, distinctive story & worldview, and puzzle mechanics centered around understanding and utilizing monster natures.

You'll play as Wei, The Foundation's ace investigator and embark on a thrilling journey through vast and mysterious ruins. As you search for an escape, you'll gather clues, uncover hidden truths, and attempt to reshape your fate.

While exploring, you may encounter the abnormal creatures The Foundation calls E Entities. But don't worry—they are not as invincible as the movies and games make them seem, and you are not defenseless.
Entities vary in form, ability, and nature. It's natural for humans to avoid danger, but only by confronting and comprehending them is it possible to harness them—and ultimately rise above them.
Danger looms at every turn, but retreat is not an option.
Abide by the protocol.
Do not give up.

Dev Update #0
Hello everyone!First off, an apology is in order…Since our announcement, we haven’t really shown anything looks like a proper game. That said, a few of you might have noticed that our store page (and game title) changed dramatically from its earliest version.Since the horror-puzzle genre took off around 2010, many classics have appeared — and CE3 is deeply inspired by them. But standing on the shoulders of giants brings its own challenge: how do you create fresh experience for players with all the classics under their belt?Over the past year or so, we've been through a constant cycle of trial, error, and occasional reinvention… and now we’ve finally hit a major milestone. A new trailer and demo will be coming your way very soon. But before that, we wanted to use this dev log to walk you through CE3'S core content, so you’ll have a clearer idea of what to expect.1. Classic Puzzle With Modern TwistsCE3 is a proper horror-puzzle game, which means you’ll find plenty of beloved classics—key hunting, password cracking, QTEs… But many other puzzles incorporate sound, physics, light and darkness, will nudge (or shall we say force) you to put on headphones and engage your senses for a more immersive experience. And since this is an SCP-like game — though not exactly an SCP game — “monster ecology” is also a key part of the puzzle system. Monsters are essentially "doors," blocking you from certain areas until conditions are met. But they come in all shapes, sizes, and behaviors—clash, hunt, prey on one another, or even live in symbiosis. They are part of the world, carriers of the story, and, in certain situations, your unexpected "keys" to progress. 2. Story & Mood SystemWe know full well that story is the soul of a great horror puzzle game. We’ve invested a lot of time in writing the main plot, the story behind the story, and the story behind the story behind the story… ahem.Instead of presenting the narrative through scattered diaries like many others do, we wanted to weave...Read full article on Community Announcements (AlwaysMetwo)
