About next update and using inventory.
Hello all! I hope all is well! I am in the works of an update that I should be pushing out soon. I got a few messages saying they were a little confused how to use the inventory system. Sorry about that I should have added some kind of an explination. Anyway hit your TAB button to free up the mouse this will allow you to move the mouse to the top of the screen and this will drop down your inventory. From there you can select any items you have picked up. Hit the TAB button again and this will lock your mouse again and lock it to camera so you can move the camera normaly again. When you are in the inventory just click an item and your mouse cursor will change to that item. The item can then be used on other items in the inventory if possible or used on items in the scene. I hope this helps clear up any confusion. In next update I will add an explination about this in game. I am doing some optimizing along with smoothing out some gameplay and a few other adjustments. Any issues please message me or bring them up in these forums and I will get back to you asap! Enjoy! J.P.Read full article on Community Announcements (jplar76)AnnouncementsOfficial
Saying Hello
Hello all! First thank you for checking out Evils eve! This is my first game and I am a solo developer. I plan to keep updating Evils Eve as I get time and of course addressing any bugs that get reported. If anyone has questions about the game or how it was made feel free to ask and I will do my best to reply and help, I will be checking these forums daily. I plan to release some new content in the future for Halloween, It will probably be added as a new chapter from the menu you will select but, not sure yet. This will be completely free to current owners of Evils eve and any additional content will always be free! I also plan to tighten up some of the animations and a few rough edges. Any input is good input as I am concerned so feel free to suggest fixes and ideas. I also have plans for acheivments, controler support, and remaping of controls. Anyway thank you again and happy holidays! Enjoy! J.P.Read full article on Community Announcements (jplar76)
