Story
In the dark depths of the realms below, power and status depend on passion and promiscuity. It is a world of wonders where only women dwell and the priestesses of the Queen of Phalli rule unmatched.
Young Elifael El'Naar must prepare for her Baptism, a perilous ceremony to prove her loyalty to her House and devotion to the Goddess. Should she succeed, she will have taken her first step to becoming a priestess herself. Should she fail, she may lose her status and even her mind.
Characters
Elifael is the youngest of the three protegées under the tutelage of Matron Sipriina El'Naar. She is not as bright or devout as her senior Nefail, nor as beautiful and seductive as her senior Synafae. She is kind-hearted but naive. She still has much to learn about the world and upholds the creed of the Goddess without really understanding it.
First Sister of House El'Naar and already a priestess for nearly a century and a half. At first sight, Nefail is a paragon of everything a representative of the Goddess should be: beautiful, powerful, insatiable. And yet there is much turmoil beneath her stern face and cold glare. She wishes to protect her junior housemates, even if that means being strict. The Path of Perpetual Pleasure is not for the faint of heart.
Of all the novices preparing for the transformation into a priestess, Synafae may be the most promising. The Goddess blessed her with unparalleled beauty, charm, and unquenchable sexual appetite. She is Elifael's first love, and Matron Sipriina's pride and joy. And yet, despite all these great expectations, the ritual is dangerous, even to those who are best prepared. The lingering fear she might fail haunts all those who care for her.
Over 800 years old and standing 2,83 metres in high heels, Sipriina is Matron to House El'Naar and mentor to the three El'Naar girls. Her status grants her enormous powers, metaphorical and literal, but also entails grave burdens and responsibilities. Her many duties keep her from being the parent she wishes to be. Worse yet, being a conduit for the Goddess is taxing for the soul. Her existence is a constant struggle between the desire to be a good mentor and an ever-growing, all-consuming lust.

They possess fantastical wealth, unmatched military strength, and considerable arcane power. But perhaps their most formidable traits are resilience and adaptability. They have remained on favourable terms with the Goddess before, throughout, and after the Great Passive Aggression; which was very much not the case for most other houses at the time. Power defines this house; it is their creed, their obsession, and, more often than not, their fetish. Their interpretation of the Lolathian scriptures emphasises powerplay, submission, humiliation, and the inextricable connection between pain and pleasure. There is little space in their practice for gentle caresses and soothing words. Aftercare is given sparsely and never in excess, lest it weakens the resolve of the new generation. Every Maelre must remember that whenever she is not in presence of her seniors or matrons, then she is queen. This very legacy, which kept them strong over centuries, can nonetheless be a burden. The new generations of House Maelre struggle to explore new interpretations of the creed, to cultivate their own interests and passions, or simply to experience the joys of mutual love. It generally encompasses all the countless caverns, coves, and chasms which extend indefinitely in all directions. It is in many ways its own separate world, composed not solely of daedalic tunnels, but also of its own forests, jungles, valleys, rivers, deserts and even open seas.How such a rich and varied ecosystem sustains itself so far away from the nurturing light of sun and moon is a question which puzzled the scholars of above and below for centuries. Most agree that the very region as a whole is connected to the world beyond, and the deeper one ventures, the more likely they are to stumble into things unknown seeping into our reality. Some believe the whole of the deep below to be an extension of the Goddess herself.Such a theory seems corroborated by the changes occurred in the environment in relatively recent times. While the deep below remains generally hostile and extremely difficult to navigate, the things which dwell beneath have become less overtly aggressive, more elusive, more curious. To ensure the safety of the few beaten paths and even fewer paved roads, regular patrols of scantily clad and armed-to-the-teeth soldiers are needed.
