About this game
NEW CITY, EMPTY POCKETS
You skipped town in a hurry, and this city doesn’t care who you used to be. An old friend covers a motel room and points you at the docks. The rest is on you.
YOUR FIRST HUSTLE
The port is full of cheap imported goods and people too lazy to drive down and get them. So you do. Pack a van, mark it up, deliver it. Congratulations, you’re an entrepreneur.
STOP DOING IT YOURSELF
Moving every box by hand has a ceiling, and it’s low. Hire your first employees, put a fleet on the road, and start running the part of the business that runs other people.

Hello Pioneros! We have been cooking behind the scenes, here is what is coming to the demo in the new major update 0.3.0. This update includes everything from graphical updates to enhanced vehicle physics and automation improvements. like employees with skills to smaller tweaks and bug fixes. So, without further delay, here is the new content: Offline Play & Local SavesYou can now play offline with local saves. You can still play with your friends as usual by inviting them to your party via Steam. Once in-game, simply open the pause menu and invite them using the party menu in the top-right corner, or the usual steam invites. Any existing games started on online regions will be automatically migrated to a local save file when you launch the game, so you won't lose any progress!Employee Rework: Skills & HiringEmployees have received a major rework! To hire new staff, access the new PioLink app from the computer at either Cargo Garage or Rusty's, where job candidates will apply. From there, you can negotiate their salary and inspect their base skills.Employees can have up to two skills out of four possible types: Driving, Crafting, Customer Service, and Recruiting. Skill levels range from 0% to 100%, the higher their skill, the better they will perform their job. Low skill levels carry negative penalties, such as worse customer reviews, slower work speeds, and a higher frequency of vehicle crashes.Skills can be leveled up at any company-owned computer. Simply open the browser, navigate to the employee management section of the website, and you'll be able to assign training or fire staff as needed.Added the crafting skill that allows to automate building of stickers, packaging and so on.Also, employees now carry visually the items they're holding.Vehicle Overhaul: New Speedometer, Sounds & Engine DamageVehicles have received a brand-new speedometer layout displaying RPM, fuel levels, and key vehicle status indicators, including a check engine light that alerts you when...Read full article on Community Announcements (Crltoz)Patch NotesOfficial
Demo Automation Update (part 1)
Hey everyone! The 0.2.0 demo update is now live, and its the biggest update we've shipped so far. It touches core loop, adds a new district to the industrial area and lays the ground for automation systems that will be coming next. This is part 1 of the automation update, part 2 coming soon.Sleep System and Increased Day LengthYou can now sleep in your motel bed to skip the night. If you're playing online or in co-op, everyone in the party must go to sleep for the night to skip.To balance it, we extended day length to 48 minutes and night hours: they now run from 10 PM to 8 AM. When sleeping the night, energy is fully restored.New Police StationThere's a new police station (with interior) in the industrial district. Right now you can't get arrested, but its the first piece of the Civil Crimes System we're working on, which will eventually cover reckless driving (speeding, red lights, hitting pedestrians or street signs) and financial stuff like tax evasion or boss misbehavior. Industrial District ExpansionThe map got bigger: we added a new area to the industrial district, which comes with new customers, a new property (more below) and some other interesting buildings that will be functional in the future. More demand, more orders. The city now feels more "lived in" and immersive. This breaks the grid monotony, has some elevation, curves and feels more organic. Traffic AIWe also improved the intelligence of AI drivers. They can now anticipate collisions with players and other AI vehicles instead of only braking when an obstacle is 2m in front of them. If they see you coming in an intersection for example, they react accordingly. They’re rightfully scared of you. When they get stuck (for example, a player puts his car in the middle of the road) they can do more advanced maneuvers, or reverse if necessary and find the spot to escape. They have different patience levels so some drive more aggresively and honk, others are chill.IronFleet Dealership + company vehiclesNew d...Read full article on Community Announcements (Pionero Games)Patch NotesOfficial
