About this game
Hand of Hexes is a no-text deckbuilder and tower defense game where you control the enemies' paths by constructing deadly mazes – using towers with crazy attack patterns. Create a perfect deck of exotic towers and magical spells that boost your defenses or slay your enemies!
Each run is unique with different decks, encounters, and levels
There is no text and no descriptions - find out what each tower and spell does through trial and error
Make your way across a variety of procedural maps - and do it again, but harder

In Hand of Hexes towers have unique attack patterns: they might only shoot in one direction, circle projectiles or launch fierce bees
Position your towers to guide the enemies through deadly mazes
Buff your towers via spell cards

Hand of Hexes ❤️ Steam Deck (& Linux in general)
Hello lovely people!I hope you had a great first few days of casting spells, filling levels with little paper critters and did NOT forget to pet all the cats. Word just got in: WE ARE STEAM DECK VERIFIED! Hand of Hexes has always been built with performant and native linux support, as development also takes place on a crappy linux laptop where performance is dire. Valve even gave me this neat little website to flex 💪https://store.steampowered.com/verified/3238220/Hand_of_HexesRead full article on Community Announcements (emmdieh)AnnouncementsOfficial
Hand of Hexes is out now - why your review matters!
Hey everyone 👋First off: thank you for being here on launch. Whether you picked the game up already, wishlisted it, or you’re just checking it out, it genuinely means a lot.I want to be upfront about something important: Steam reviews really matter, especially for a new indie game like this. Here’s why:They unlock visibility. Steam’s discovery queue and recommendation systems rely heavily on early reviews. Even a short, honest review helps the game get shown to more players instead of disappearing into the void. They tell me what’s working (and what’s not). I read every review. Reviews help me spot bugs, balance issues, confusing mechanics (I am sure they will be there, since the game is text free), or features people want more of way faster than I could on my own. They directly shape future updates. I want to keep working on this game. I want to improve it, expand it, fix rough edges, and add things you actually care about. If you’ve played the game and have thoughts - good, bad, or mixed, I’d really appreciate you leaving a review. It doesn’t have to be long or fancy. Just honest. Thanks again for supporting an indie dev and helping this game grow ❤️ I’ll be active here on the forums and rolling out updates based on your feedback.Read full article on Community Announcements (emmdieh)AnnouncementsOfficial
