About this game
Step into the Veil as Mr. Bunny, a fearless warrior navigating the realm between life and death. Hack and slash through dynamic environments, master the powers of sunlight and moonlight to defeat monstrous foes, and reclaim your destiny in this rogue-like adventure!
WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER!
The fewer hearts you have, the more powerful your attacks become.
Balance your health for maximum damage!
STRATEGIC USE OF LIGHT
Open windows to let in sunlight or moonlight at crucial moments.
Daytime favors you, providing sunlight to burn enemies.
Nighttime is more challenging, as moonlight benefits enemies, restoring enemy health, granting semi-invisibility, transforming enemies into powerful werewolves, or providing temporary invulnerability.
BUT WATCH OUT WHAT YOU ARE BECOMING!
Each enemy hit makes you stronger, but also starts turning you into one of them, making you vulnerable to sunlight!
Help Mr. Bunny conquer the Veil, collect the keystones, and unlock the gates of destiny!!!

🐰 Mr. Bunny July Playtest Results – Thank You! 🙏
Hey everyone! Just wanted to send out a huge THANK YOU to the brave few who gave the Mr. Bunny playtest a spin during its first public appearance. We had 17 players start 42 runs, and I collected some stats that I think look kinda cool (check out the image below 👇). Yes, bats were absolutely brutal, and it turns out that most of you didn’t survive long enough to see the boss, but I appreciate every minute you spent with the game.🧠 Quick summary of what we learned:Players love the art, audio, and vibe of the world 🎨🎶The game is currently way too hard early on, most runs ended in the first few rooms 💀Key mechanics (sunlight/moonlight effects, shield reflecting, low HP power-up) were not clear or were often missed.Combat feels restrictive for many players.🛠️ What’s next? I’m working on:A proper tutorial/onboarding section so players aren’t thrown into the deep endTuning down early-game difficulty (especially those evil bats 😅)Improving combat responsiveness. If you barely survived, know you weren’t alone. And if you rage quit, I still love you. ❤️ More updates coming soon!LuismiRead full article on Community Announcements (luismiherrera)AnnouncementsOfficial
Early Playtest Now Live!
🚧 Early Playtest Now Live! 🎮Hi everyone! I'm the solo developer of Mr. Bunny, and I'm opening up the first-ever public playtest of the game. This version includes the first chapter of the game and is a work-in-progress demo. It's not fully balanced yet. I’m expecting things to feel rough in places! That’s exactly why I need your help.🔍 What to ExpectA true work in progress — assets, levels, gameplay... well, pretty much everything is still being developed! Some fun moments (I hope!) and a fair bit of frustration (most likely).A game still deep in development, so bugs, unbalanced difficulty, and a general lack of polish are all part of the experience.💬 How You Can HelpOnce you've played a few runs, head over to the dog in the hub. She is in charge of the feedback! You can fill out a short form there. Totally optional, but your thoughts (even quick ones) really help shape the game.Tell me:What worked? What didn’t?Was it fun? Too hard? Too weird? This kind of feedback helps me improve the experience and shape the next version.Thank you so much for giving it a try. Your support at this stage means everything. – LuismiRead full article on Community Announcements (luismiherrera)
