About the Game

The Big Summer Update in all its misery

A new Quest and a new colossal Boss. Roam the Dying Lands as a Heretical Priest with an albino monkey with the new playable class. Become a Skelly with the new Arcane Catastrophe. Meet the Dread Risen, hunting you from your very first run. Light on rules, heavy on everything else.

Heresy Supreme revolves around a combat system that is punishing yet rewarding

Every choice must be weighed; react in time or face a violent end. And when weapons are not enough, turn to dozens of items to curse, confuse, and drive your enemies into despair.

The Dying Lands are a place where salvation is always temporary and constantly at risk

Gather a party of wretched antiheroes and try to stall the Apocalypse before they betray you and strip you of what little you have. You can’t win. You can only survive.

A perpetually shifting adventure

Built from a large pool of handcrafted situations and quests, constantly rearranged by a semi-procedural system. Enemies, drops, and stats are randomized. Expect no patterns. Expect no mercy.

    v0.6.0.1

Hey everyone! This minor update fixes a sneaky, long-standing crash that was happening on some machines. We also added the Quiver, as many of you suggested, so you can carry more arrows in a single item.Producing the beloved Shat Ingot now comes with a chance to die: you may still get super rich, but you might also wipe out your party. We also added Pet Food! These are special items that only pets can eat (and not every pet can). Most of them will boost your companion for the whole dungeon. We hope you're all having a good time with the Occult Herbmaster. As always, drop your feedback here on the Steam Forums or on our Discord server. What's new in v0.6.0.1:- Added Pet Food- Added the Quiver item- Added a 1 in 3 chance to die horribly when producing a "Shat Ingot"- Tweaked the Occult Herbmaster's animation mix- Fixed Occult Herbmaster's armor max tier- Fixed a crash that occurred on some machines when focusing another window All Praise Yetsabu-Nech

The Occult Herbmaster is here with a bunch of news and our biggest discount

Hey everyone! As the title says, it's time to unleash our final playable class into the grinder: the Occult Herbmaster. An invaluable connoisseur when it comes to brewing potions and growing mushrooms, this mysterious class is designed to be crafty and sneaky enough to avoid responsibilities and consequences for their own actions. This class comes with a Quick Parry Class Skill just like the Gutterborn Scum, plus some useful abilities: generating potions from items, generating shrooms out of food, curing statuses and also being in the good company of an affectionate, bloodthirsty bloated tick. Now that we've introduced all the playable characters we are a little closer to the 1.0 release. One of the biggest changes we introduced today is weapon variants, so that weapons of the same kind will now differ in three aspects: quality, handling and extra effects. The higher the quality the higher the damage, with better handling come faster weapons, and extra effects can add status effects from high to low to your weapons. This is a big change, and now looking for the best weapon leaves some room for surprises and unexpected combos. Another addition is the Friend or Foe situation. Once per run you will encounter this random situation in a simple Exploration room. Some random character will ask you for a treat, and if you refuse you'll be in line for some vengeance. This can go as badly as getting killed trying to keep your stuff, or as well as becoming best friends and growing the party with a new walker. One "big" change coming straight from your feedback is Critical and Fumble outcomes for a number of situations. If a situation allows for such results, special outcomes will trigger, making these encounters even more high risk. We also raised the number of options when getting better or worse, so you can choose to deal extra damage or move extra fast, allowing you to become a death machine if you survive long enough. Last but not least, we added around 20 new Quirks and sp...
