About this game

「Galvatein : Adventurers' Guild」 is a classic fantasy simulation game where you step into the role of a guild receptionist, reviewing quests for brave adventurers. Presented in an omnibus format, each chapter unfolds a unique event set in a richly detailed fantasy world.

Verify quest completion

At the break of dawn, the guild receptionist gets to work — checking every detail to see if the adventurers did their job right.

Well, ordinary people don't really know much about monsters, after all.

Since most clients aren’t familiar with monsters, it’s up to the receptionist to deduce the target using only the details in the quest. Then comes the real work — analyzing loot, consulting bestiaries, checking maps and licenses — all to ensure the adventurer did their job right.

Interaction with Adventurers

To make accurate judgments, the receptionist can ask adventurers questions — about the loot, about the monsters, and sometimes about the people who’ve gone missing. Beyond that, enjoy light-hearted conversations and listen to tales of their lives and the many stories scattered across the continent of Eustace.

The choice is always yours

Stick to the rules and carry out your duties by the book, and the guild’s reputation will soar to the heavens. But what if an adventurer comes to you with a story you just can’t ignore? What if you stumble upon loot you secretly desire? The choice is yours — always. Just remember: that freedom lasts… only as long as the guild’s reputation holds.

The Guild Tavern

When night falls, the guild tavern opens its doors. Adventurers drop by to unwind after a long day, bringing with them tales of all kinds — from the ordinary to the extraordinary, and perhaps even a story of love or two. Cook up “monster cuisine” using ingredients from defeated beasts, and sit back as you listen to the many voices of the world.

Monster cuisine can be dangerous!

Cooking with ingredients from monsters is no easy task — they can be far too sticky, or worse, potentially addictive if mishandled. That’s why it’s crucial to understand their properties and choose the right method of preparation. You’ll need balancing ingredients, the right blend of spices, and even consider the elemental traits of the dish. Sound complicated? Don’t worry — Caul, the magical cooking pot (and your unofficial head chef), will be there to help every step of the way!

The Thirst and Trials of Adventurers

An elf who left the Forest of the World Tree after losing the ability to use mana.
A dwarf who became an adventurer despite being a blacksmith — because he fears fire. Every adventurer carries their own scars, their own quiet struggles.
These are stories of those who simply long for an ordinary day… and of the strength it takes to overcome what lies beyond that thirst. Would you care to listen?

Apology and Correction Plan for Translation Quality Issues

Hello, this is BLANBEE.We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused by the quality of the Chinese translation.Since the Early Access launch on September 22, we have received a large amount of feedback about the Chinese translation. Issues ranged from inconsistent names and sentences that did not match the original meaning to mistranslations and errors in speaker attribution, forms of address, and character gender. In a text-based game, problems like these directly interfere with play. For this, we apologize once again. After the demo release, we entrusted localization to a professional translation company and invested a great deal of time and money in the work. The result, however, was no better than machine translation, and we have felt the weight of that fact since launch day. What we have done so far On launch day we reported the problems to the translation company and requested a full re-review and corrected delivery of all text. While the details were being worked out, our team has been fixing confirmed errors directly through emergency patches, and we have continued this work through the holiday and weekend. What comes next The translation company's investigation found that revised terminology for the early chapters and the later chapters was delivered at different times, which caused names to become mixed. The company will therefore redeliver corrected text in two stages, and we will apply each to the build and release a patch as soon as it arrives.\ Character, monster, and terminology names will be unified across all chapters, and all mistranslations and typos identified so far will be corrected.\ The entire text in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English will undergo LQA from the beginning, with native-speaker review. This is not a partial fix but a complete re-review of every chapter in every language. We will keep working until every line of the story reaches you exactly as we wrote it.BLANBEE

    HOTFIX - 09/23(00:14)

Hello, this is BLANBEE.We have received a substantial amount of feedback requesting a precise manual save feature that allows players to save and load their exact state at any given moment. Our development team carefully evaluated this implementation; however, due to the complexity of dynamically preserving and restoring numerous real-time interaction states and dialogue flags at any arbitrary point, we identified significant technical limitations and instability. We determined that maintaining manual saves in an incomplete state posed a severe risk of data loss and critical progression bugs. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to remove the existing manual save feature and unify our system around automatic saves (checkpoints) at major story branches to ensure data integrity and stability. We sincerely apologize for failing to provide the level of convenience you expected. Moving forward, we will focus on maintaining a stable gameplay environment while doing our utmost to refine the game's overall quality and experience.Thank you.
