Gameplay Overview:
In Potato vs Potato each click on a potato not only adds more potatoes to your collection but also gives you a chance to dig out rare and unique potato heroes after three hours. These heroes come in various forms and unique appearances that make them stand out.

Uncover Unique Potato Heroes:
Every three hours, you will unearth a Potato Hero. These heroes range from normal to legendary.



Collect Them All - Coming Soon:
Your goal is to collect all the best potato heroes. Some heroes might boost your clicking power, while others might offer defensive or offensive capabilities for future battles.

Upgrade and Enhance - Coming Soon:

  Small update!

  Due to popular demand, this update now saves the time you have spent in-between game sessions, so if you need to turn the game off, fear not! For you will no longer lose the progress towards your next hero. We have also reset the games ability to give promo heroes again, since there are players who haven't received heroes yet. This will now make sure the player has an inventory before trying to give the promo heroes again. If you have already received the heroes, it will not give them again.   New Promo Heroes, System Upgrades and Halloween Teasers

  Hello potato connoisseurs! This update brings a batch of promo heroes, 6 to be exact, as our way of saying thank you for your patience and being a part of the community. You will only be able to get one set of these heroes, and the promo will not happen again if you decide to trade them away. This does not stop you from trading for them again should you wish to. For now, Sir Happy Sword will come back after reloading the game if you switch to one of your other heroes, but this will change in a future update. This update fixes a lot of back end issues and paves the way forward for future updates. We have migrated the way we save to a new system, and realize there is the possibility of some players losing their potato score, but we did everything in our power to make sure that doesn't happen. In the event that this does happen, don't worry too much about your score, this will be important later but not game breaking. We are working on the Halloween update as well and should be available soon and cant wait to bring it out to you, however, we wanted to prioritize these other changes before moving forward. We are aware of some players not receiving items in the first few rounds of 3 hours and are looking into the reason why this is happening. It seems like it starts working the next day, and we have made a few changes to how this works in hopes that this stops being a problem. Please let us know if you still encounter any problems. We believe the achievement bug is fixed and should now function as intended. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know. Currently, the achievement may not appear in the Steam overlay, but our extensive testing confirms that it will unlock after the required time, even if it doesn't display immediately.
