Explore the eerie corridors of Reality Breach, an action-adventure game that puts you in an exhausted indie developer’s shoes. Evade a relentless entity spawned from corrupted code in this first-person psychological horror experience.
About this game
You quit your job, moved back to your home country, and isolated yourself for one dream: becoming a game developer. But dreams demand sacrifice, Theo… more than you ever imagined. Your own creation has turned against you, and now it wants to end it all.
Reality Breach is an immersive, first-person psychological horror game set inside the claustrophobic walls of an indie developer's home studio. To survive the night, you must confront an entity born from your own corrupted project, where the line between your game engine and your physical room completely shatters.
Survive Your Own Code
It doesn’t like you, Theo. The entity born from your project hunts you in your own house.
Hide or Run: When the system breaches, find immediate cover or outmaneuver it to stay alive.
Insanity or Reality?
Are you losing your mind, Theo? Don’t let it consume you.
Experience visual and auditory hallucinations that force you to constantly question what is real and what is a glitch.
Choices Shape Your Reality
There is no single path out of this digital trap.
Multiple Ending Paths: Your actions dictate how the final build resolves, leading to completely distinct narrative conclusions.

Patch & Bug Fixes
Hello everyone!I’ve updated the game with a new patch addressing several AI and localization issues.!! PLEASE START A NEW GAME YOUR OLD SAVES MAY NOT WORK !!To delete your old save files, navigate to:Steam > steamapps > common > Reality Breach > Reality Breach_Data > Data > Saved GameThen delete the old save files.I’ve watched several gameplay videos from different platforms and noticed some important bugs that players commonly encountered. These issues have been addressed in this patch.I’m also aware that some of the translations are not as good as they should be. Localization has been one of the most challenging parts of development for me, but I intend to continue improving the translations over time to provide a better experience for everyone. In the meantime, I apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience!Localization FixesFixed an issue where the loading screen text would not appear in the selected language.Fixed localization issues in the text for two endings.Fixed an issue in Part 2 where the "COME LATER" text at save points would not appear in the selected language.Fixed an issue in Part 1, Apartment 002, where the warning text indicating that a key was required for the bedroom door would not appear.Hiding & AI FixesFixed an issue where the AI could get stuck and camp in front of lockers after the player hid inside, forcing the player to come out and get killed. The hiding mechanic has been playtested for both successful and unsuccessful hiding attempts and should now work as intended. The AI will either find the player and attack, or wait for a short period before returning to its patrol.Quality of LifeIncreased the highlight visibility of the Wedding Ring item.Increased the highlight visibility of the Glitching Pen item.If you enjoy the game please leave a review in the store page. Your support means a lot!Thank you for playing Reality Breach!Read full article on Community Announcements (TheBossa)AnnouncementsOfficial

Hello Reality Breach followers! I can't thank you enough. You helped me walk, and made it possible for me to run with my next projects!I also want to touch on some details about the development of this game.Reality Breach isn't perfect, unfortunately. It has flaws, and it could have been better. I made many mistakes throughout development, but I also learned from them. I worked hard to get the game to a point where it is playable and finishable from start to finish.I apologise for any issues or errors you might experience while playing the game.In game development, bugs and errors are inevitable. They exist no matter how much you polish your game. Of course, it's possible to make a game better and get it closer to being bug-free, but learning through mistakes is part of the journey every developer (especially solo developers) has to go through. And that's exactly what I did with this game.It was a long journey with a lot of learning, trial and error, and plenty of mistakes along the way. As my first commercial game, I worked on things I had never worked on before, and I learned through every mistake I made. Now, thanks to all those mistakes and everything I learned from them, I'm finally able to share the finished game with you. And honestly, I'm incredibly excited and happy to see your reactions. So, to conclude this message, I'm truly grateful for your support, your attention, and everyone who has covered or talked about Reality Breach.Without your interest and support, making games wouldn't be nearly as fun or meaningful for me.I hope you enjoy the game and the story behind it! PS: I'm watching the videos you share and reading your reviews. I aplogise for inconvenience in some langua...Read full article on Community Announcements (TheBossa)AnnouncementsOfficial

Demo 2.0 Is Now Available!
👋 Hello everyone who is following the development of Reality Breach! It’s been a helluva journey that I’ve been through with this project, and FINALLY it’s coming to an end. The good news is... 🥁🥁🥁DEMO 2.0 IS NOW AVAILABLE ON STEAM!You can jump in, play the demo version, stream it on platforms, and feel proud (or cringe) at what I’ve been working on for the past 2 years. This is also great news both for me and for those who have been following and waiting for the game to be released, because the release of Demo 2.0 means there’s only a little left before the full release is ready to be published. In the demo, you’ll still experience a portion of the game, but the content will cut short just as things start to get interesting. Rest will be left for the full release. In the coming days, I’ll be implementing the remaining sound design and voice acting, which are the only things left for the final release. Now you might ask me: “Ok, but when is the release? It’s been 2 years already, enuff is enuff!” and I can’t agree more with you.The planned release window is between mid-July and the end of August, and the uncertainty is solely due to various unexpected things that happened (and are still happening) during the development period. After the full release, I’m planning to create a series of videos about the development of this game as a post-mortem, and I’ll also explain in detail why it took me so long in those future videos. To conclude this update, I want to send a huge thanks to everyone reading this announcement. You all made this game and my journey worth something.I can’t thank enough the followers who actively kept up with the game updates, the people who wishlisted it and kept it on their list, and the people who stuck with me and supported me both loudly and silently.Thank you all again for all the support! Now go play the demo and share :DRead full article on Community Announcements (TheBossa)
