Patch 1.2.0 - New Unlocks
Hey Lunar Knights,A new patch has come to Bloodmoon Survivors, and with it I've added a new character and more weapons to the main game. They can be unlocked by beating each level on the difficulty 4.Note: Players that have already completed Difficulty 4 on every stage will need to re-beat it to unlock the new content. New CharacterThe new character introduces Kaelis, the oldest and youngest knight of the Lunar order. He has just recently been initiated into their ranks, and yet, with his mastery of the temporal arts, he is also paradoxically the true founder of the knights and Eremin's mentor. He controls time itself to combat the horrors of the moon.New WeaponsThis patch introduces 4 new weapons into the lunar arsenal 2 melee, 2 projectile. I'm excited to have players give them a whirl.Scythe - A farmer's tool turned weapon in the hands of a Lunar knight. This weapon sweeps through enemies alternating between quick slashes and a large deadly swipe that makes heads roll.Lunar Fists - fragments of the moon, sharpened, studded and turned against itself. Lunar Knights are trained in every form of combat and can throw a punch just a well as they can swing a blade. The longer they fight the fiercer and faster their assaults become.Staff - A curious weapon, reclaimed from the limp hands of a deceased betrayer knight. It summons slices of the lunar plane and fires them in a tidal pattern.Hexer - The long lost tome of the Lunar Knights has been unearthed. It is the order's guiding text, and with it a lunar knight can speak words of power that manifest spectral images of the moon itself to roll over their enemies.Read full article on Community Announcements (Nevelson92)Patch NotesOfficial
Patch 1.1.5 - Evolution Codex
Evolution CodexNew to this patch is the Evolution Codex. While in run, if you press Pause > Evolution Codex you can see a list of all of the evolutions you have discovered and the combinations that make them. If you discover a new evolution, it will be revealed on the codex permanently. Currently the codex will only be available in the pause menu, but in future patches I will make it more readily available in locations where the information would be beneficial to players. Stay tuned!Bug FixesAdded the ability to navigate menus with the Right-Thumbstick with a controller. Note: this change requires you go to Options > Gameplay > Key bindings > Reset. This is unfortunately but if you would like this feature, this is required. You can then reconfigure the key bindings any way you wish Scroll bar: Fixed a bug where selecting a powerup or upgrade and then scrolling sometimes got the scrollbar stuck on the object and would no longer scroll using the mouse wheelRead full article on Community Announcements (Nevelson92)Patch NotesOfficial
Hotfix - Music Restored
Small issue with the last build was inhibiting music from playing on levels. Unfortunate regression, but music should now be restored.Read full article on Community Announcements (Nevelson92)Patch NotesOfficial

Patch 1.1.3
A new Patch has come to Bloodmoon Survivors to do a little bit of balancing for powerups and some other small bugs!PowerupsSplit shot: Reworked this powerup a little bit as it seems to be a mandatory pick for players at the moment.I reworked the first level of split shot so that the second projectile fires backwards instead of forward. This fixes the problem where players needed to aim off-center to land a hit until they gained a third projectileI reduced the maximum number of projectiles it adds from 4 > 3Please let me know what you think of this change. I intend to monitor it closely to observe its impact on gameplayHellfire: Changed the color of the attack telegraph from orange which players confused with enemy attacks to a warmer gold color to signify it is the player's attack.Flying Daggers:Buffed Flying Daggers to spawn 2 right away instead of 1Fixed a bug where the Size increase bug wasn't working. They now get pretty big and much scarier as a result :>Ghost Archers: Buffed Ghost Archers to spawn 2 right away instead of 1Added a small delay between deployments when they all spawn. This was done so that you can move their positions a bit more as you walk and offset their spawn timers. This lets them be a bit more distributed around the player as they fightIcicles Typo: Fixed a typo with icicles where it said "swings to trigger" instead of "shots to trigger"EnemiesResistance Bonus: Resistance bonus of enemies increased from 85% > 95%. This was done because players with a very powerful melee or projectile weapon could effectively burst down an enemy that counters that weapon type. I still want this to be possible, but now you REALLY have to earn it if you refuse to switch.Moon Spawn minions: Fixed a bug where the moon spawn would sort of MOON WALK (hehe) backwards toward the player. This was happening because their sprites would flip in the wrong direction.GeneralFloating Bullets: Fixed a bug where if aim-assist was enabled it would occasionally spawn a projecti...Read full article on Community Announcements (Nevelson92)
