Great service is not just about a clean car. Add fun items like arcade machines, boomboxes, and vending machines to improve customer mood, create a more welcoming space, and make each visit feel a little more memorable.
Suspicious Customers and Thief Events
Not every suspicious customer is a thief… but some are.
Some customers seem a little off. Not all of them are thieves, but some of them are. Decide who to trust, and deal with the consequences when things go wrong. A correct judgment can protect your business. A wrong one can cost you money, reputation, or worse.
Capture Memorable Moments
Some satisfied customers may ask you to take a photo with their freshly cleaned car. Frame the shot properly, earn a small Company Score bonus, and keep successful photos as polaroids on your corkboard in the Private Garage.
Collect and Progress
Earn vehicle cards, improve your tools, expand your collection, and steadily build your car wash into something bigger. The more you play, the more your business begins to feel like your own.
