Patch notes for update 1.1.4 of CRISIS Command
Hello there phantoms! In my continued attempts to make CRISIS Command the best it can be, I will be releasing a hotfix to address a number of smaller issues that have irritated players. Look forward to the following fixes: Adjusted Cannonball damage and weakness calculations. Everyone loves a powerful weapon, but poor Thrash couldn't afford the therapy. Adjusted text alignment and typos for the introduction of General Rend. A powerful figure should probably have a better editor for his press releases. Updated the cursor alignment in the pause menu to make it easier to see what is being highlighted. Bounce Bolt shouldn't be able to play peak a boo with the cursor anymore. Updated an image used in the gallery that was off center. I won't name names, but it knows what it did wrong and is very sorry. Adjusted issues with the normal ending not displaying correctly for some when beating the game on normal. Now the conclusion will align for all players what their experiences are. Known issue that is still being looked into: Thrash Reaver currently will sometimes jump off screen to attack before jumping back in. His cheating shouldn't be allowed and I'm looking into ways to force him to play fair. My thanks to many phantoms that have reached out with their issues that needed addressing. This wouldn't be possible without your help. If you are seeing any new issues, please feel free to reach out here in Patreon, over on our Discord or reach out through our Steam Forum and let me know what you find. I'm glad to work out your grievances. Thank you for your continued support!Read full article on Community Announcements (GhostUrsa)Patch NotesOfficial
Update Notes for CRISIS Command version 1.1.3
Hello there Phantoms! In my continued quest to improve CRISIS Command to be the very best it can be, I have done the following to the game: - Improved the difficulty selection window from the start screen. New recruits should now see an improved window that displays a description of what to expect from each difficulty option. No more needing to hope we are on the same page for what is EASY or HARD. - Fixed the reported broken controller support for reading dialog during a cutscene. Now you can actually understand what is going on again! - Corrected a discovered issue where the button and key prompts that tell the player what to hit to skip or show the next text weren't always popping up. My thumbs are thankful. - Fixed a rare crash that happened when striking Hakon with a cannonball while he was prepping for his ultimate. Now he can't take his ball and go home anymore. - Fixed a small bug where the Spider Tank could forget you were there if you just happened to sit at the edge of the screen during his introduction. - Removed a glich that would allow you to throw the shrapnel from the cannonball when out of energy. The pocket sand was funny, but too hard to use. - Corrected a display issue with some text during cutscenes. Doesn't fix how weird some text is at this resolution yet, but at least the words are there to figure out! - Fixed a crash when trying to pause during the end credits. I know some devs don't like it when players do it, but the game was never intended to get mad if you tried! - Fixed moving platforms so it can push around almost all objects now and not just Astra. The swatbots want an easier time getting to work too. - Corrected the gallery entries to better fit within their posts. Makes it hard to read up on your favorite characters when the words make a run for it. - Fixed trap platforms so the bottom of them hurt all objects that touch them. Was getting a bit unfair there for a while. - Fixed broken knockback on bosses and added some visible effec...Read full article on Community Announcements (GhostUrsa)Patch NotesOfficial
CRISIS Command Update to 1.1.2
Hello there phantoms! In my quest to perfect my craft, I have added the following or corrected the following features in CRISIS Command! Patch notes are as follows: - Rearranged some of the invisible walls and level walls so players aren't able to get above parts of some levels. Too many reports of them falling to their demise, and the bad guys are tired of hiring cleaning crews for the messes. Please continue to let me know when you discover defects, pain points and weird behaviors while playing CRISIS Command. I'm happy to continue to improve the product. Enjoy until next time!Read full article on Community Announcements (GhostUrsa)Patch NotesOfficial
The Difficulty Update - Ver. 1.1.1 is now live
Hello phantoms! I've got a hotfix inbound to address an issue with some of the achievements not working correctly. Unless my fat fingers got in the way, this should be all good to go. Incoming changes are as follows: - Corrected a typo preventing some Achievements from unlocking. Now the civilians you rescue won't be hiding from you after you rescue them! Please continue to document any issues you find either in the steam Tech Support forums, our tech support Discord channel or our support email. I appreciate your diligence and passion for CRISIS Command and I will continue to improve it to be the best it can be. The Difficulty Update is now live on CRISIS Command!
It has been a long time coming, but with much sweat and tears I can officially say that version 1.1 is now going live! The Difficulty update has many features that have been requested by fans and I'm proud to bring them to you. First up, we have a Gallery Mode that will be available from the stage select. As you defeat levels you'll be able to get a small bit of trivia on the enemies, allies and places found in CRISIS Command. It has been a fun challenge to set up all the entries, and I hope you enjoy getting the whole menu filled! For those of you that have felt the game is too hard, I have added an Easy difficulty. This isn't just a rebalance of enemy damage and call it a day. I have done some work in the level and story structure to make it both easier yet fulfilling. Inspired by games like the original release of Castle of Illusion, this easy mode will have less levels to conquer, smaller areas to traverse and a redone enemy layout to make it a bit easier to figure out how to play the game. It even comes with its own What-if ending to fit the smaller size. It's a great way to get a feel for the game. When it gets more comfortable, you can then crank up a new playthrough on normal and feel the game as originally designed. And for those of you who want some old school, Nintendo action? I've developed a Hard mode to remove those pesky breathing spaces that make the action feel broken up. Not only do enemies hit harder, but they are also faster and will come at you more frequent. Some of the enemies are even in devious locations to keep you on your toes. You'll definitely want to scour every level to save civilians to keep up with this challenge! Finally, achievements are now added to the Steam and Epic version of the game! This has been long requested but I didn't have the bandwidth originally to get the APIs integrated properly. These are fully working now, with a full list of achievements for you to hunt down. Some hidden ones as well. Good luck getting them all!...Read full article on Community Announcements (GhostUrsa)
