  MeowFactory DEMO IS OUT NOW

  Dear Meowworkers!We’re excited to announce that the MeowFactory game DEMO has FINALLY been released on Steam!In the demo version, as managers of the Meow-X corporation, you’ll take the first steps in your new role—running a factory where your workers are CATS. You’ll go through tutorial and three introductory levels to get acquainted with the game and its core mechanics.We’ve saved the most challenging levels and production chains for the full release, as well as majority of game content. Our development team is nearing the finish line, and we expect the full version to launch in the coming months! Full game will feature a complete campaign with over 15 unique puzzle levels, a free mode, and a survival mode!We’ve put in a lot of effort and truly hope you’ll like the DEMO. Keep in mind, this isn’t the final product—there might be some rough edges or bugs, which we’ll fix as quick as we can. We’d love to hear your thoughts and impressions about the game.   We, the developers from the indie studio Smola (known for the Lizards Must Die game series), are pleased to present to your attention our new small project - MeowFactory! We've been actively developing it for the last six months, and we finally have something to share! It's time to pay attention to the really important and eternal thing - the FACTORY. We decided to mix Factorio, Sims and Overcooked together, and it WORKS. Accept a workshop where your employees will be CATS who behave like CATS.In the not-so-distant future, after a nuclear and climate disaster, humans have completely surrendered control of the planet to an AI government, leading to the collapse of human civilization. Plants have been destroyed, and humans have lost both the skills and the desire to work in industrial enterprises, bringing everyone to the brink of starvation. However, there is a solution! The Meow-X Corporation presents a new concept for survival: MeowFactory! Instead of humans, it is the cats who will take on all the production responsibilities! As the head of the facility, it is up to you to lead and train them! Just remember, it is not as simple as it may seem. Build magnificent factories and automate production lines to meet the needs of the lazy humans!Work with limited space, as each factory presents a challenge not only in terms of decision making speed, but also in terms of ingenuity and planning.Assemble the most cohesive team of factory cats! Or at least prevent the fluffy demons from destroying the production lines.Your meoworkers behave literally like cats: they play with boxes, eat directly from the conveyor belt, fight with each other and catch mice.
