About this game
A great and terrible fire has razed the Earth to ashes. As one of the few survivors of this catastrophe, you wander the desert alone, scouring the remains of civilization for supplies and hoping to come upon others with whom you can trade for necessities.
But as a horny gay man, food and water aren't the only things you find yourself craving...
SURVIVE
Manage your hunger and thirst, or die of starvation. Trade the knickknacks you find out in the world for the supplies you need to continue on.
CONNECT
Meet and form relationships with a diverse cast of over a dozen men. Some may seek a deeper connection, while others will just want to dick down and move on. Every encounter matters, no matter how fleeting.
DECIDE
It is up to you to forge your own path in this new world. Will you settle down with a community of survivors, or maintain your independence and survive solo?

Final Demo Update
The game... is complete. I wish I could announce a release date right now, but we’re subject to some uncertainty that is out of our hands. However, I can assure you that it’s very soon!Given that, I wanted to update the demo one last time so that it fully reflects the quality of the finished product. There really shouldn’t be any more changes to the demo after this, because everything is as it will be in the final release.Changes include: • tweaks to appearance and content of credits • changes to UI • fixed inventory oversight in Haru’s route • character art, positioning, and animation tweaks • tweaks to particle effects • enhancements to game over sequences • cleaned up code and filesThank you for your patience. Fall in Love Visual Novel Festival
DESERT OF ASH: a Post-Apocalyptic Gay Sex Simulator is participating in the Fall in Love Visual Novel Festival! From September 24 to October 1, you can check out a plethora of romance-focused VNs with demos and sales.If you haven't tried the demo for DESERT OF ASH yet, this is a great time to do so and get a glimpse of a few of the guys you can pursue, whether for a quick hook-up or something more. We've also recently updated the demo with some additional polish and greater accessibility, so check it out!Furthermore, the lead developer will be livestreaming the game as part of the festival on Tuesday at 1:30 PM MDT! He will be showcasing a section further into the game focusing on Julian, the hunky mechanic! As it turns out, Steam does not allow streams of adult games! So this won't be happening.
