About this game
Those are the words that Susan asks herself when she’s woken up in a strange, high-tech coffin-like device in an otherwise empty room. Beyond her name she has no memory of her past. A voice over the intercom, Hank, tells her that she’s in a facility owned by a tech company, but she’s never heard of it.
Susan must leave the building to find out who she is, but things get more complicated when she discovers that the facility is under attack. She will have to use all of her wits and luck to get out of the building, but even if she can do that, will she uncover the mysteries of her past?

Artificial Nexus is a sci-fi mystery investigation game, which plays as a visual novel/point-and-click hybrid. In order to escape from the building and learn about Susan's past, you'll need to move around to multiple locations, find hidden codes, race against time, and control computers, all while avoiding the enemies who have attacked the building. If you're cunning enough you may even be able to discover some of the secret unlockables...
Some of the features of the game include:
- More than just dialogue trees - Artificial Nexus places you in a location where you can control what you do and where. The rate you progress is controlled by you, and you have a wide array of options available to you in each room.
- Voice acting - all important story scenes are fully voice acted by the talented Bree Frankel and Shaun Mendum.
- An engaging and thrilling mystery - who is Susan, and how did she get into the building? Who is the perpetrator of the attack? Is any of this really happening?
- Clever puzzles to solve - you'll need to rely on your own brain to get through everything - good luck!
- Full length story - nearly 80,000 words of content in the story!
- Content to keep you returning - an unlockable gallery of artwork and achievements will keep you playing through the game to find every last secret.
- Beautiful anime-style artwork from our artist, misokatsuhaumai.
- Multiple endings - what state will Susan be in by the time you've finished the story?

Version 1.1.0 Now Available!
Hello and welcome, intrepid explorers and investigators of COEUS! We've been hard at work this month working on a major update for Artificial Nexus, which has just been released! Here's the full list of changes:Hint SystemThe game now features a hint system, available from the pause menu shortly reaching the first major puzzle of the game. This hint system should help you make your way through any main puzzles that you're struggling with, and aims to guide you to the solution yourself. Rest assured, however - if you're really unable to work out a solution, the system will give it to you after a prompt warning you that the solution is coming up.Certain achievements are disabled when using the hint system to solve them, but these are always pre-empted by a warning that this will happen prior to the solution being displayed.New AchievementsTwo new achievements have been added to the game - one related to the new hint system, and another for a fairly simple action. If you've already beaten the game, neither should take too long to unlock.Updated OpeningThe opening sequence of the game now features a brief tutorial to introduce the mechanics of the game individually.Easier EndingsUpon reaching an ending, Susan's dialogue will provide hints for what can be done to reach a better ending.New FontA new font has been added into the game, to aid players with low vision, dyslexia, or similar conditions.Bug FixesFixed a bug wherein searching certain terms in the Knowledge Base in a particular order could lead to the game crashing. As always, thank you for both taking the time to read about the updates, and more important for playing our games! If you find any issues, please take the time to let us know via our website or on our Discord - it's the fastest way for us to find anything that we've missed, which means that we can work on a fix faster.Thank you once again, and we hope that you've all had a great start to the year so far!Read full article on Community Announcements (Too Many Teeth)Patch NotesOfficial
