ASCENDARIA - Update 1.1.0
Here's a patch for the final version of the game, with a few bonus additions! Enjoy! 🔥New Features The game is now fully playable with a controller! Original royalty-free music has been added, unique to each zone. 💠Changes Jumpers in the “Fantasy” and “Space” worlds have been adjusted. The camera now recenters automatically on the credits after a few seconds. Outlines of some UI texts have been tweaked for better readability. Scanner eye icons now fade out progressively. Object rotations have been corrected for smoother visuals. The scanner is now mapped to the right joystick by default. ⚙️Fixes Spelling mistakes have been corrected throughout the game. The language switch to English now applies properly every time. Several menus now work correctly with controllers. Forgotten duplicate objects in the Fantasy and Space worlds have been removed. The back of the spikes in the “Studio” world are no longer transparent. Traps no longer push the player on the way back. Footstep sounds on grass now play the correct sound. Hello everyone, here’s the latest major update with the newest big additions! The next patches will be mostly bug fixes, so you can now fully enjoy the experience — have fun! 🔥New Features New mode: Speedruns. Live leaderboards for player performance. Display of personal and global height climbed. More graphic resolution options. 💠Changes Major overall optimization work. Significant improvements to translations. Lobby has been reworked and improved. Camera now automatically faces the credits when they appear. Added meshes under jumpers in the Space and Fantasy worlds. Added ceiling collisions in the tower. Message to return to the lobby now appears later during the credits. Increased delay between platforms in the Space area. Fan collisions have been refined for better precision. Fan forces rebalanced. Evolution tutorial progression slowed down for clarity. Scanner audio is disabled when holding the key. Grab collisions disabled on moving objects. Evolution system tutorial redesigned for better clarity. Character now rotates correctly after using a teleporter. Improved indication for the tutorial room at the start of the game. Added explanation for describing events. Added text to indicate where events and challenges are located. Tutorial intro is skipped automatically if the player exits during character creation. New Features Added the ability to reset settings to default. Added an icon to indicate where dashing is possible. Added voice lines when abilities are acquired. Dedication to Locklear in the credits. Added platforms to climb walls even without wall jump. Added smoke effect upon landing. New Speedrun mode accessible from the lab to facilitate runs. Section with a secret item added in the lab. 🔥Nouveautés Added game credits and ending to celebrate the completion of the journey. New button in the pause menu to join the studio. 💠Changements Some platforms have been moved closer and enlarged to make climbing easier. Added new platforms in the Wall Jump section to improve its usability. Merged the XP multiplier and statistics buttons in the Restart menu for better clarity. The message indicating that challenges can be exited at any time now remains visible throughout challenges. ⚙️Corrections Fixed the prison challenge so players no longer respawn in the wrong zone after dying. The screen no longer becomes excessively dark after completing the prison challenge. Fixed some platforms that were pushing players away when they weren’t supposed to.
