About the Game
What is The Enigma Case? 🕵️♂️
The Enigma Cases is a co-op detective game set in Sunderwood, an alternative town in 2000s America. Play solo or with up to 4 players and step into the role of a real detective.
Examine crime scenes, gather and analyze physical and digital evidence, follow suspects’ trails, and interrogate them at the police station. Every decision you make brings you closer to uncovering the truth behind each case.
Varied Cases
Each case tells a unique story, ranging from murders and accidents to suspicious deaths. No two investigations are the same.
Explore realistic locations, from cafés and apartments to highways and restricted areas. Every crime scene is carefully designed and filled with clues waiting to be discovered, analyzed, and connected.
Detective Roles
Investigations are shaped by different detective approaches.
As a Field Detective, you collect physical evidence, examine crime scenes in detail, and interrogate suspects face to face.
As a Cyber Detective, you focus on digital trails. Analyze emails, GPS records, social media accounts, databases, and security systems to uncover hidden connections.
Multiplayer Cooperation
Solve cases together with your friends in co-op play for 1–4 players.
Each player can take on a different role, share findings, and combine evidence to move the investigation forward. Cooperation and communication are essential to uncovering complex truths.
In-Depth Investigations
Use professional tools at the police station to advance your case.
Analyze CCTV footage, scan DNA traces, access restricted databases, repair distorted audio recordings, and examine forensic and toxicological reports. Perform autopsies, identify causes of death, and uncover critical evidence that can incriminate your suspect.
Realistic and Engaging Stories
Every case is built around detailed characters, realistic environments, and carefully written scenarios.
Discover victims’ pasts, explore their homes, search confidential documents, find secret rooms, crack safes, or hack security systems. Expect psychological tension, unexpected twists, and surprising outcomes at the end of each investigation.

Every Interaction Is a Clue – Developer Diary #10
Hello Detectives! In the tenth installment of our developer diary, we are sharing a range of new improvements designed to make interactions throughout the world of The Enigma Cases feel more natural, intuitive, and meaningful to the investigation. From the pod systems in the laboratory and physical door interactions to a new ping mechanic that improves team communication and a brand-new valve puzzle, we have continued developing several key systems. You can explore all the details below alongside our latest videos.Pod SystemsWe have made extensive improvements to the pods in the laboratory area and the terminals connected to them.Players can interact with the terminal located between the pods to access dialogue and records related to the investigation. With dynamic expressions and a dialogue system displayed on the terminal screen, these devices are no longer simple environmental props. They now serve as important sources of information that support both the story and the investigation.Information obtained through the terminal can be added to the investigation records as a new clue.Manual Door Opening MechanicWe have developed a new opening system that makes interacting with doors feel more physical and immersive.Doors no longer open automatically with a single button press. Instead, they can be manually controlled based on the player’s movement. You can open a door slightly, push it open slowly, or move it according to your position. This system adds an extra layer of tension, especially when entering dark rooms or investigating enclosed areas.Interactive DevicesThe interaction systems for electronic devices and control panels throughout the game world have been expanded.Terminals, buttons, control levers, and adjustable panels now respond visually to the player’s actions. Some devices will directly lead you to new clues, while others will be used to activate environmental systems or complete puzzles.Every interaction with a device now provides clearer visual and audi...Read full article on Community Announcements (bazi)AnnouncementsOfficial

The Enigma Cases – Cluebook Enhancement
Hello Detectives! We are continuing our work on the new Cluebook system, which will make your investigations much more professional and organized. With this update, our focus is on the Person of Interest (POI) system, which allows you to track the connections between the most critical elements of any case: the people.Below are the details of the POI system that will deepen your detective experience:Person of Interest (POI) SystemAll individuals you encounter during the case can now be tracked from a single center. The POI section has a dynamic structure that accumulates information step-by-step about who you met, what you know about them, and which evidence is linked to which suspect. From Silhouettes to Identities: People you haven't met yet initially appear as silhouettes. These cards begin to fill in as a name is mentioned in a file, heard in a voice recording, or when a face is seen.Dynamic Identification: A person may initially be added as "Unknown Male #1." As you deepen your investigation and verify their identity through the PC database or documents, this information is automatically updated.Automatic Information and Chronological LogsYou no longer have to worry about missing important details. Every new piece of information you learn about characters is automatically recorded on the POI page, without the need for manual note-taking.Voice Recordings and Documents: A name mentioned in a phone recording or a "landlord complaint" in a letter is instantly added as an entry to that person's profile.PC Database Integration: Queries you perform on the station computer will directly transfer details such as the suspect's occupation, address, or past records to the profile card.Evidence and Suspect ConnectionA detective's greatest weapon is establishing the link between evidence and individuals. In the POI system, an "Associated Evidence" section will be located under each character. For example, you will be able to see at a glance which suspect a knife or a safe recor...Read full article on Community Announcements (bazi)AnnouncementsOfficial
