We still have plenty of ideas for PBS. In the meantime, here is everything arriving with this update! ✨ Major Changes 🍽️ New Dishes & Breakfasts New dishes: Bone Marrow, Sole Meunière, Vol-au-vent, Whole Lobster, Pain Perdu, and Beef Wellington. New pastries: Apple Turnover, Pain aux Raisins, and Chocolate Cornet. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45279628/3689a0342737729019c5cfed77f2a62766757114.png {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45279628/868c193206bbcea583f8b6ea57291b5809772cb3.png 🏠 A Completely Redesigned Bistro A more detailed building, with a slightly smaller ground floor for a more progressive start and a reception area that is now separate and fully enclosed. A larger upper floor, including the ability to use the space previously occupied by the stairs. The stairs have now been replaced by elevators. An expanded kitchen with a two-level serving counter to make service smoother. A redesigned basement with an office containing the PC, a resized storage area that can hold more supplies or bakery equipment, and restrooms with a little surprise for the most curious players. [1.0 Beta] Beta Branch Update

Dear Managers, Here is one of the final internal beta updates. This is a summary of the main changes, not a complete list. The full patch notes will be published with the 1.0 release, scheduled for September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Voice chat: Communicate through your microphone in multiplayer when voice chat is enabled. Adjust microphone gain and voice-chat volume in Audio Settings. Excessive gain can cause distortion or noise. Set voice-chat volume to 0 to mute incoming voice chat. Under Esc > Multiplayer, you can also adjust each guest's volume individually or set it to 0 to mute them. Guest Restriction: Enabled by default in public sessions. Hosts can uncheck the option for individual guests at any time under Esc > Multiplayer. Restricted guests cannot use the PC or dirty money, box up tables, or perform other sensitive actions. This helps protect your save in public sessions. Customer traffic: Readjusted customer traffic, which had been increased too much, especially at the beginning of a game. Movable delivery drop-off area: The area where delivery workers leave supply boxes can now be moved. Find the white floor marking beside the truck, aim at it, and hold the interaction button to move it. Place it in a clear space, such as the rooftop, to have boxes delivered directly there. Its position is not saved and returns to its original location whenever you reload your game. Food trolley: Items can now be thrown into a bin directly from the food trolley. Expansion tiers: The cellar and ground-floor terrace now unlock in Tier 1, while the additional floor unlocks in Tier 2. Existing unlocks are unaffected. Several other minor fixes will be detailed in the full launch patch notes.

I decided to tease just one of them today: {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45279628/44f552463b781ee0d690ec9e2fd7bd893e484546.png Beef Wellington is a British classic combining beef fillet, mushroom duxelles, and pastry. Its exact origins are still debated, but it is closely related to the French filet de bœuf en croûte. Britain and France have shared centuries of rivalry, exchange, and influence, and whether those relations were friendly or... slightly less friendly, they also helped shape culinary traditions capable of producing something this delicious. And this is only one of the new dishes still to come! 🎮 Version 1.0 Is Still...
