Content notice: In this game the player has the ability to violently attack NPC's and even dismember their limbs with certain weapons. There is are also voice lines form NPC's that have curse words in them. The player also can commit in game crimes sometimes involving illegal drugs.

"Realism" Mode update and bug fixes
- added new difficulty mode "Realism" in realism mode the player will have visible bullet holes on their character when they are shot and will have to manually heal their wounds or put pressure on them other wise they will bleed to death. As of now there are 4 random healing methods that can spawn when wounded; a bottle of disinfectant, a pair of pliers, a roll of duck tap, or a cigar and match.
