Your first job will be to turn that around, and it won’t be a simple paint job. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves and get to work, both inside and outside the building. This means clearing out debris, removing trash, and fixing up areas that have seen better days. How you manage the restoration will directly affect how well your restaurant does.
