About this game

Embark with up to 6 players on an underwater adventure to uncover treasures, shipwrecks, resources, or forgotten creatures. You’ll also almost certainly find death.

Print your gear, assign roles, and craft a careful strategy. Or just charge in headfirst, whatever floats your submarine.

Learn from failed expeditions.
And loot their equipment, it could prove useful.

Your teammates have gone silent, and a menacing shadow looms. Muster all your courage and throw it as a distraction while you make a break for it.

If you’re still alive, dive back in deeper.

Demo feedback & 0.5.0 Main changes

Hello everyone!First of all, we want to thank everyone who took the time to play the demo and share feedback with us.Overall, we think the demo went quite well, but we know it's not perfect. We've gathered a lot of valuable feedback and suggestions from players, and we've identified a few key areas that need improvement. Here are the main changes that come with 0.5.0 update :SwordfishThe Swordfish was originally designed to test whether players had learned how to use grapples effectively before progressing further into the expedition. It still serves that purpose, but it's not quite as unforgiving. We've decided to introduce a health system. Initially, we wanted players to feel extremely vulnerable and rely on their teammates for revives. However, we've realized that players already feel vulnerable enough, and instant deaths can be frustrating, especially for solo players. With the new system, the Swordfish still dashes towards you as before, but instead of killing you instantly, it deals roughly half of your health. After the dash, it will turn around and attempt a follow up attack while the dash ability is on cooldown.Taser ReworkThe Taser was originally intended to help free teammates who were being grabbed by creatures. As a result, it wasn't particularly useful for solo players. On top of that, the Taser had a very short range and required players to use their grapples to close the distance, which proved to be too demanding for new players. This often made the equipment feel weak and ineffective. To address this, we've completely redesigned this equipment. The new Taser now fires a projectile, similar to a harpoon, which stuns the target on impact. After each shot you'll need to reload it but don't worry, you'll have unlimited ammunition.Communication Improvements (Location Pointing)We noticed that many players struggled to communicate directions and points of interest to their teammates. While we considered adding a traditional ping system, we felt that it would brea...

    You're Safe Here

Hello everyone! First of all, thank you so much for all the amazing messages and support! To be honest, we were aiming at 15k wishlists for the early access release, and it's pretty amazing to say we are already at... 40k! Seeing this incredible level of support truly motivates us to deliver the best game we possibly can. Where we're atBefore the holidays, we held our first private playtests that allowed us to confirm what works well but also pinpoint some needed improvements and changes. While players enjoyed the core mechanics and the universe, we decided to step up our ambitions for the game loop and the overall feeling of adventure. We want you to experience more memorable moments and enjoy a unique journey. In order to fulfill these ambitions, we are also changing our organization and are proud to announce that two of us have left our full-time jobs and will soon be working 100% on the game. Be aware that we still don't want to rush the game and we would like to make sure that everything is ready and enjoyable once out. It's for that reason that no due date is set for now. Sneak PeekWe know it's already been a long time, and we are as eager as you are to show you what we've been working on. So here’s a short ambience video in the game lobby. We wanted to create a beautiful and lively environment, a place where you can chill while waiting for friends before diving into the unknown, or relax after a tough dive. We hope you like it!Thanks again for being part of this journey with us, and we’ll catch you in the next update.Have a wonderful day!
