  Patch Notes #146 - Molten Abyss

  The Molten Update Something is stirring beneath the surface. Deep below Cave of Despair lies the Molten Abyss, a volcanic wasteland of flowing lava, blackened stone, ancient creatures, and a flame that refuses to die. At the center of it all sits the Keeper of Flame, once tasked with protecting the Eternal Flame. Now corrupted by the very power he was meant to contain, the Keeper has begun preparations to invade Mirabella Cove. Adventurers brave enough to descend into the Abyss will face new enemies, uncover the Keeper's plans, collect new equipment, and attempt to stop the Keeper from spreading his hate to other lands. Welcome to the Molten Abyss Explore a hostile volcanic environment filled with molten passages, obsidian formations, and creatures transformed by the power of the Eternal Flame. The deeper you travel, the stronger the influence of the Keeper becomes.The Keeper of Flame Long ago, the Keeper of Flame served as the warden of the Eternal Flame, an ancient flame that was never meant to leave the depths. But prolonged exposure to its power changed him. Rather than containing the Flame, the Keeper came to believe its flame should spread throughout the world. Defeating the Keeper is the only way to extinguish his plans! New Enemies The Molten Abyss is crawling with creatures that have adapted or been created by the extreme conditions below. Here is a preview of those enemies!New Weapon & Armor Defeating creatures throughout the Molten Abyss can reward several new weapons, armor, materials and items. The weapons and armor are more rare than previous zones weapon and armor drops creating a more exciting thrill when obtaining the item!
