  LORTers,We hope you all have been enjoying playing the 💥Shots and Prayers🙏 Update this last month. We're working quickly to bring you the next update. A key part of our development process is to hear from you, the players! Keep reading below to see how you can impact LORT's future updates.Feedback SurveyOne of the main ways we get direct feedback from you is our in-game feedback survey (the Give Feedback button on the main menu). In our current survey, the top 4 features that players have asked us to work on next are New Classes, New Weapons, New Maps, and Endless. You've asked and we've listened. All 4 of the top voted features are getting fresh content in the next update, plus more LORTy things we've packed on top (get a sneak peak at some of them if you keep reading below). If you haven't filled out the survey since the launch of the 💥Shots and Prayers🙏 Update, you can do so now to impact future updates. We've got the handy google survey link below. And, even if you have not yet purchased LORT, we've updated the survey to get your feedback as well. So please, click this link and help us determine what future updates in LORT should look like.   LORTers,We just released a small update to fix some localized text. If you get a version mismatch when playing with others, please make sure to update your game to latest. You can force a Steam update by going to LORT in your library -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of Game Files.   LORTers,Your response to the 💥Shots and Prayers🙏 Update has been very encouraging. Thanks for all the kind words for the team. We've found a few issues and adjustments we want to make quickly after Tuesday's update.Here are the things we are updating in this small patch:Adjusted enemy spawns for Sportsball and Deadline Demon.We've seen feedback that these Quests are too slow at the beginning. We've adjusted them so they are more interesting to play at the start of these Quests.Fixed Ronin Around and Big Sword Energy challenges incorrectly granting the LORTgrinder: Croak Steam achievement.These challenges previously were unlocking their correct in-game rewards and will now grant the correct corresponding achievement. Any players who have already completed the in-game challenges should be auto granted the correct Steam achievements on launch. Fixed Rune Juice Guy shop window going wider and shrinking as you scroll.Fixed HUD icon for balls having a pixelated border.Fixed floating dev text showing up sometimes over the river in Funkwood Hollow.Fixed the pistol having a weird hand position while sprinting.Fixed black patches appearing on some stone structures.We have heard feedback of players wanting more ways to spend their Rune Juice. We are aware and know we did not get to this for the Shots and Prayers Update. We will work on providing more uses for Rune Juice in future updates.Keep crushing them Goblins.

  💥Shots and Prayers🙏 Update is now live!

  LORTers,The massive 💥Shots and Prayers🙏 Update is now available to play. Plus, LORT is on sale for 35% off until August 25. This post will go into detail on the many additions and changes to the game. But first, check out our LORTy launch trailer:Weapons 2.0The weapon system has been overhauled and we have added 12 new weapons to the game - more than double the previous amount. Weapons more clearly correspond to specific Attributes so you know exactly which ones to go for based on your preferred Attribute(s). There’s a new assault rifle that can rocket jump, a new katana that makes you very samurai, a new baseball bat to hit home runs, and much more. For more details on Weapons 2.0 and how it lays the foundation for Endless Mode, check out our previous post here.Paladin AdventurerMarcus T. Fury, the Oathbroken Justicar, has arrived. A great option in both solo or co-op play, Marcus summons a pillar of Holy Light that damages enemies but heals himself + allies. For close quarters combat, Marcus can channel his Holy Power to sprout angel wings, open a fissure in the ground, and deal massive damage. Unlock Marcus by completing the Pray to Win challenges.New QuestsTwo brand new Quest Types enter LORT to give you entirely new objectives: Sportsball and Deadline Demon. In Sportsball, enter the brand new sports stadium and protect the Goal post from attacking Football Goblins as they try to destroy it. Feeling extra sporty? Throw balls at enemies or hit them with the baseball bat to send them flying. In Deadline Demon, you’ve entered the cubicle space of mundane office life and must exorcise corporate demons. Stay near the computer to finish the ritual and banish the demons to hell. New LocationsThe maps have been upgraded with new locations like a new Wizard Tower, Gym, and Library. You’ll notice the Goblins have upgraded their craftsmanship with new stone houses while the Canopy Cache jump puzzle got a makeover. Can you find all the new places to explore? Visual Upgrades...
