About this game
Created by a passionate solo developer, Amazing Curves Racing (ACR) is your golden ticket to the pure, adrenaline-pumping joy of racing.
Imagine tearing across massive, continuous 3D curved surfaces where every single jump, drift, and curb strike feels incredibly alive. Instead of heavy damping and invisible helpers that numb the drive, ACR rips the training wheels off.
Powered by custom Dragon Physics, the motion is 100% unfiltered. It is like upgrading to high-end audiophile speakers: you suddenly feel the raw, visceral weight and momentum of the car in a whole new way. It is deeply accurate math, which is exactly what makes it such a wildly fun physics playground. Rather than fighting a stiff, lifeless engine, you are experiencing the addictive thrill of true, high-fidelity motion.
The Ultimate Racing Sandbox for You and Your Friends
Whether you are chasing personal records or sharing the thrill, ACR is the perfect sandbox for unforgettable racing. We have stripped away all the tedious waiting, boring lobbies, and annoying tire-wear management.
Perfect Control, Your Way: Kick back on the couch with a gamepad for a deeply intuitive, incredibly fun driving experience, or fire up your force-feedback wheel for premium, high-fidelity realism. The handling is extremely well dialed in for both.
Seamless AI Autopilot & Tuner Mode: Love the thrill of the race but want to take a break from the wheel? Step into the manager role. Tune your car, start at the back, and let the AI drive while you watch the cinematic action unfold. Better yet: if life interrupts you in the middle of your own race, simply toggle the AI Autopilot! Your AI takes the wheel on the fly to hold your position, letting you jump right back into the driver's seat whenever you are ready.
Massive Track Jumps: Instantly add massive jumps to any track to completely transform the race. Launch a high-travel Formula Trophy chassis like a stadium truck, or send a high-speed sports car flying and fight to keep it settled through the corners.
Control the Mayhem with AI Anti-Tip: You dictate the race vibe. Turn AI Anti-Tip off to witness spectacular, chaotic multi-car pileups as vehicles tumble through the air. Turn it on, and the AI uses a physically modeled, rocket-style attitude control system to stick perfect landings, creating a fiercely competitive, high-flying pack that is incredibly tough to beat!
Beautiful Chaos: You will find yourself laughing out loud at the insane mayhem, especially because the stunts, jumps, and impacts are modeled so realistically. It seems impossible, yet there it is unfolding right before your eyes!
Instant Action: You and your crew are on the track in under 3 seconds.
Never Out of the Race: With the instant Turbo Reset, a spectacular crash isn't the end: it is just a quick boost right back into the pack. Adjustable Dynamic BOP keeps the racing tight, so the laughs and close calls never stop.
See it. Feel it. Play it. Watch the trailers above and look at the motion. Notice the incredible, natural motion as cars launch through the air, completely free of any artificial damping. See how the suspension organically devours the road, preserving momentum through every dip and collision instead of reacting with a weird, rubbery motion. That is what true, unfiltered physics looks like - and it plays even better.
Skip the wait. Grab your controller. Support indie development and experience the high-speed thrill ride you’ve been looking for!
Under the Hood: Built for the Sim Purist
For the engineers, telemetry nerds, and hardcore sim racers: ACR might look simple on the surface, but underneath lies a custom, highly optimized physics and networking architecture built from scratch to solve the most stubborn problems in modern simulation.
The Dragon Physics Engine
True Bicubic 3D Surfaces: ACR abandons traditional discontinuous flat triangles and polygons. The tire and collision models evaluate directly against continuous and non-continuous bicubic polynomial 3D curved surfaces, resulting in flawlessly smooth data calculation without microscopic polygon chatter.
Symplectic & Higher-Order Integration: The core engine runs at a rock-solid 100Hz, utilizing energy-accurate symplectic integration to conserve energy during collisions, accurate airborne rotations with realistic precession, and accurate suspension behavior.
500Hz Tire & Suspension Model: Tires and suspension calculate at 500Hz. The result is predictable, highly dynamic traction and handling. Behaviors like on- and off-throttle oversteer, braking understeer/oversteer, tire chirps, and even drivetrain and tachometer wobble are 100% emergent behaviors born from the physics chain, never canned or scripted effects.
Full Car Setup Editor Included: Full engine, transmission, suspension, mass distribution, and aerodynamics tuning.
High-Fidelity 1kHz Force Feedback
1000Hz FFB Pipeline: Force feedback is calculated at 1kHz. ACR is optimized for the ultra-fast transient response of Direct Drive wheelbases, delivering pure, high-quality telemetry to your hands.
Dynamic Grip Feedback: Feel what the front tires are doing. As front grip is lost, the wheel dynamically lightens. You can also toggle between "Direct" (less lag, no power steering feel) and "Smooth" (hydraulic feel) to match your preferences.
Hands-Free Detection: A specialized 1kHz hands-free detection system briefly cuts FFB if severe oscillation or a sudden hands-free state is detected.
Native Telemetry: SimHub & SRS Support
Open Architecture: ACR natively supports SimHub and Sim Racing Studio (SRS) right out of the box via UDP.
Included Source Code: We provide a custom SimHub dashboard, the full C# SimHub plugin source code, and the C++ header showing the exact struct memory layout so the modding and dashboard community can get to work immediately.
High Quality VR & Zero Jitter Netcode
Excellent Stereoscopic 3D: Built by a pioneer in VR gaming, ACR features an incredibly fast rendering engine that hits 90 to 120fps. Mirrors are physically modeled for true 3D depth, like real mirrors.
High-Latency Stability: The custom low-latency bandwidth-adaptive optimized RUDP netcode is tested stable at 2000ms pings. At competitive pings (50ms or less), the prediction model is so smooth and jitter-free that multiplayer looks and feels local.
Hardware Support & Content
ACR supports Xbox, Sony DualSense, Steam Deck, ROG Ally, and similar controllers, as well as the latest force-feedback wheels, pedals, and shifters. With the driving aids turned up, even keyboard is fun to play.
The current build includes 8 tracks (raced both ways for 16 effective tracks), 2 sports car types and 1 formula style chassis, with various setups and aero for 10 cars total. Low horsepower through high horsepower setups are included, and the vehicle editor can be used real-time while the car is on the track, even during a race. Vehicle setup combinations are practically unlimited. As shown in the pictures & videos, graphics are simple where the focus is on physics and driving fun. When DynamicBOP is 100%, up to 3000+HP at 12K RPMs is possible, with speeds exceeding 400MPH.
ACR supports up to 24 online players with up to 88 cars in a race, even on modest hardware such as the OG Steam Deck.
(Demo Note: The Demo version of ACR provides 2 excellent cars and 2 super fun tracks (one easy, one more challenging), single player only. Online multiplayer is available in the full version.)

New Sports Car Type: The Low Series
Low Series Sports Cars The original sports cars were designed to be easy to drive on all road surfaces, curbs, natural and added jumps. To help convey weight transfer visually, they were also set up to show body roll when turning and pitching when accelerating and braking (squat/dive). 6 new sports cars were added which are lowered as much as possible, with stiffer setups to look more like real GT3 cars (race and street). These cars have much less body movement and offer a very different driving experience. They are also surprisingly stable on the huge curbs and all the jumps, though they require more care on the curbs, and landing huge jumps is trickier. For those looking for visuals and handling closer to GT3 cars, the Low series cars are for you.Read full article on Community Announcements (jcs)Patch NotesOfficial
Network and FFB Updates
Network: accuracy further improved in preparation for the demo video showing high accuracy at typical pings (30-300ms), and still smooth, jitter-free and stable at super high pings (500-2000ms). FFB: removed some vibration effects to make feel more premium and focused on feedback helpful for understanding what the car is doing.Read full article on Community Announcements (jcs)Patch NotesOfficial
New Integrated Help System
New help system: prior version used OS browser to display a PDF help file. New version uses an embedded WebView2, providing window placement and control within the game. While ACR is easy to figure out with a configured gamepad, there are many keyboard commands which make the game fun to watch when AI is driving all the cars. For example, always watching the leader, or cycling through various cars to see the race from their point of view. You can also turn on/off various HUD options, including completely turning off the HUD, changing from English to Metric units etc. The full manual can also be viewed from the Steam store, lower right side of page: "View the manual" link (helpful for Steam deck).Read full article on Community Announcements (jcs)AnnouncementsOfficial
