  Dungeons&Furry Devlog: Page Update and Art News 😜

  Hello, friends!You've probably already noticed a small update on our Steam page. We're gradually getting ready for the release, which is coming THIS FALL. That's why we're updating various cover art as well. Add the game to your wishlist so it comes out sooner ⭐️Meet Spike! Her class is “Rogue,” and this funny squirrel is part of the team from the story “Quest for Lust.” Like all members of the squad, Spike will face dangerous and hot adventures in the dungeon, and you’ll need to choose the right button at the crucial moment 😅In other news, we’ve finished all the artwork for one of the stories! “Wanted: Dead or in Bed” is the tale of the beautiful tavern owner Anna and her protector, Eirian. Who knows, maybe this woman isn’t as simple as she seems at first glance? One way or another, Anna will play a major role in saving the village. She’ll offer advice, guide you through the local forest, and show you the way. Wonder how much it’ll cost to stay at her tavern?Speaking of the new logo! We decided to combine the one that’s already in the game and make it brighter, while keeping the reference to the game’s title. You can still see parts of the old one, but we hope you’ll like the new one too 💖As for the other stories, we’re currently finishing up a few remaining cutscenes and endings. The artists aren’t sitting idle: we’re also finishing up the facial expressions for the animations and drawing the missing body parts.   Art creation process and funny moments from development in Dungeons & Furry 🤣

  Hello, friends!Right now, we're mostly focused on the most exciting and fun part of the development – animating the scenes. Things don't always go smoothly right away, and the final result takes time. So let's take a quick look at how we create storyboard inserts, from the rough draft to the final result :3Add the game to your wishlist so it comes out sooner ⭐️It all starts with a rough sketch: what one character is doing, what the other one is up to (if there is one), and what details should be included. The artist then creates their own version based on this rough sketch. The angle or the characters’ positions may change a bit to highlight key details. If our visions align, then bingo - next, we color it in. Once all the shadows, sparkles, and magical atmosphere have been added, the artwork is ready.This scene with Sangrae and Oleg/Olga turned out just like this. Swipe to finish drawing it! Also, we really wanted to show one particular moment… Sometimes, during the animation phase, we realize that one part of a character’s body is connected to another. In those cases, it’s hard to make them move together smoothly. So we ask the artist to draw in what’s missing. Sometimes it looks funny or scary. In any case, here’s a little spoiler for the next scene with Amari and Rowan. The bushes here serve as a form of censorship, but something clearly went wrong during that romantic candlelit scene… We hope you weren’t scared, but these things happen 😭😅It's time to get back to your favorite characters, or they'll get lonely.   Hello, friends!Today we have a slightly unusual devlog that includes a homework task! We can't describe in just words what the characters' voice acting will sound like.
