Airsoft Online challenges you to strategize and shoot in team-based multiplayer matches. Customize your gear and face off against opponents in a virtual field that simulates the real-world physics of airsoft, perfect for both veterans and newcomers.

About this game

Inspired by our own experiences with the sport and by studying airsoft videos from various countries, we try to reproduce the sport of airsoft as accurately as possible. From Springer to Gas Blowback, Airsoft Online features all propulsion systems with their different advantages and disadvantages.

In Airsoft the projectiles are small spherical plastic pellets. They are influenced by aerodynamic factors such as drag and wind. We have developed a custom physics system, which is based on real fluid dynamics, resulting in realistic BB-trajecotries during gampelay.

For some experienced airsoft players, tuning airsoft-weapons is a hobby that complements the sport. The performance of an airsoft gun is dependent on all internal components. Improve the hop-up for increased accuracy. Install a shorter barrel for more stealthy gameplay. Or switch to a red dot on your sniper rifle to show off an aggressive play style.

    Early-Alpha Playtest #6

This update focuses on expanding and refining the maps in Airsoft Online. We've added a new, larger indoor map and reworked the forest map by moving its spawn points further outside from the main area of engagement based on your feedback. Alongside these map changes, the playtest will help us test several important backend changes.Date: 20.08.2026 15:00 CEST - 21.08.2026 23:59 CESTForest Map OverhaulBased on feedback from the previous playtests, we've made several changes to the Forest Map.The spawn points have been moved further back from the main area of engagement and are now positioned in opposite corners of the map. This should help reduce spawn camping and improve the overall flow and gameplay of the map.To make these changes possible, parts of the map have also been redesigned, introducing new hills and additional cover. The map is now overall larger. If you enjoyed the Forest Map before, we think you'll love the new version even more.New Larger Indoor MapThis playtest introduces a new, larger indoor map, loosely inspired by popular airsoft indoor halls in Germany. The map features a variety of different cover options and unique areas to explore, including a parking lot, office, and supermarket. Each area offers its own opportunities for movement and engagement. All game modes will be available to play on this map during the playtest.Backend ChangesWe are still working on the Loadout System and have made several changes to our backend to make Airsoft Online more independent from third-party services. The main purpose of this playtest is to stress test these changes and identify any issues with the new setup. Your participation and feedback will help us find and fix problems. If you encounter any issues during the playtest, please join our Discord server and report them to us. Early-Alpha Playtest #5

This update is all about improving communication and teamwork in Airsoft Online. We've added several new features that make it easier to coordinate with your team, share important information, and react to what's happening on the battlefield.Date: 24.07.2026 20:00 CEST - 27.07.2026 23:59 CESTLanguage SupportWe have added language support to make Airsoft Online more accessible to players around the world. The menu and in-game UI are now translated into multiple languages, including Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, French, Korean, German, Simplified Chinese, and more.We will continue improving and expanding our language support based on feedback from the community.Spotting & Pinging MechanicsOne of the biggest additions is the new spotting and pinging system. You can now ping objectives to quickly communicate points of interest with your teammates, making coordination much easier. In Normal mode, you can also spot enemy players. Once spotted, enemies are revealed to your entire team for 5 seconds, giving everyone valuable information during engagements.Improved In-Game CommunicationObjectives and important events now come with voice feedback. For example, when an objective is captured, players will hear voice lines informing them about the change in the battlefield.Players will also automatically react to certain events happening around them. For example, if a grenade lands close to a teammate, they might shout "Grenade!" to warn nearby players and help their team mates respond quickly.Player Reporting & MutingTo help keep matches fair and enjoyable, players can now report others directly through the leaderboard. Reports can be submitted for abusive voice communication, abusive text chat, or cheating.Players who receive a high number of reports may receive a global voice chat ban. Additionally, you can now mute individual players locally through the leaderboard, giving you more control over your multiplayer experience.New Utility ItemA new tactical tool has bee...

    Early-Alpha Playtest #4

The fourth playtest is just around the corner, and we are excited to welcome players back to help us test new content, gameplay improvements, and balance changes. Based on the valuable feedback received during the previous playtest, several key updates have been implemented to improve the overall experience and create more engaging battles.Spawn Point ImprovementsOne of the main concerns raised during the last test was spawn killing. To address this issue, additional cover has been added around spawn areas, significantly reducing the likelihood of players being eliminated immediately after spawning. In addition, spawn protection has been extended again, giving players more time to safely enter the battlefield before becoming vulnerable to enemy attacks. To ensure players can stay in the fight longer, ammo refill stations have also been added to every spawn point.New Weapon Class: ShotgunA new weapon class is making its debut in this playtest: the Shotgun. Unlike existing weapons, the shotgun fires multiple BBs with each shot, offering a new and unique close-quarters combat experience. Some weapons have received balance adjustments. The SG69 has been significantly improved and now uses .49g BBs instead of .36g BBs, increasing its effective range and enabling accurate shots at distances exceeding 100 meters. Meanwhile, the SCH-M has received a power reduction to better balance its performance against other weapons in the game.Forest Border Map OverhaulThe Forest Border map has undergone a redesign. The environment is now much denser, featuring more vegetation, cover, and terrain details. Large empty open areas have been reduced, creating more tactical opportunities and encouraging dynamic engagements across the playfield area.New Game Mode: StrongholdThis playtest also introduces a brand-new game mode called Stronghold. In this mode, teams must fight to capture and control a central position on the map. Success requires both aggressive assaults and coordinated defensive...
