About this game

You control a Cyber Seeker.

Cyber Seekers are bots used to complete high-risk bounties. You are tasked with destroying a legion of bots who have gone rogue and taken over a city. Start every run with limited resources. Receive credits for each bot you destroy and use them to upgrade your bot.

The city is your playground.

Cyber Seekers are equipped with various abilities and can traverse any terrain. Run on walls, grapple, glide and shoot your way through a city under fire. You will find random weapons, ability cards, and programs in each run, making them unique. Choose whatever combination that suits your playstyle.

Battle powerful Bots and Mechs.

Each bot that you destroy raises the alert level. At higher alert levels, you will face tougher enemies, but you will also gain access to powerful weapons. Complete various challenges to raise the alert level and gain credits faster.

Use modules to gain different abilities.

Hidden within the city are crates containing a unique module or a weapon with random stats. These can give your Cyber Seeker an edge against other bots. Higher-level crates are unlocked when enough bots are destroyed.

Tons of ways to traverse the city.

New levels will give you upgrades that will enhance your traversal abilities. But watch out for your bot's integrity. Only a limited number of bots can be deployed per mission, and if all bots are destroyed, the mission will fail, and you will lose all your weapons and upgrades.

Cyber Seekers Demo Update for Next Fest

The demo for Cyber Seekers Conquest is out now. Use your traversal abilities to explore the docks level and participate in multiple challenges. Find weapons with unique traits in crates placed at various places and use them to deal with rogue bots. In this Rogue Lite Shooter, each bot that you destroy will raise the alert level. As it increases, you will get access to high-level weapons with additional traits. Be aware, though, that you will face more powerful bots at high levels. If your bot gets destroyed, you will lose your current weapons and restart the level with a new one. Interact with terminals to gain powerful upgrades or start a challenge. Terminals host random challenges on each run. Terminal Types are described below. Credits Store: Sells upgrades in exchange for credits. These items are lost when your bot gets destroyed. Schematics Store: Install permanent upgrades in exchange for schematics. These are automatically installed in a new bot in subsequent runs. Survival Challenge: Face waves of bots while uploading a program in the terminal. You will be rewarded adequately. Race Challenge: Get rewards for going through each checkpoint as quickly as you can. Program: These give you a stat boost but reduce another stat. The demo also includes a simulation level that will guide you through the basics. So what are you waiting for? Jump right in and experience dynamic wall running in a Sci-fi Rogue Lite. I would love to hear about your experience. If you have any general feedback, use the feedback link in the game menu to fill out a form. Happy Gaming!

New Traversal Mechanic and the World of Cyber Seekers

The Glider While the game focuses primarily on Wall Running as a traversal mechanic to get around the world, the city offers you a new tool for faster traversal. The glider provides a unique way to explore the city from high above. Build up enough fuel by wall running and use it to enable boosters that help you stay in the air for longer. Combine this with your grapple gun, and you get a system where you never have to run on the ground again. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44980807/4e54fb9350967bc447a8c05ea8ad3ab48c897a8f.gif The Story so far... Cyber Seekers takes place in a world where Robots have replaced human labour. The overuse of bots has raised widespread concerns regarding safety and the lack of jobs amid rising prices. Amid these concerns, some people have started using these bots to complete high-risk bounties corporations offer in exchange for credits. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44980807/2bbe09a0bae47f32fb16fc57c17e4aa7d951e10c.gif These people use specialized bots called Seekers to complete tasks that would rather be impossible to achieve. The game's story involves the corporation responsible for manufacturing the robots sending out a distress call requesting assistance in dealing with bots who have gone rogue. And that sums up the basic premise of the game. More to be revealed soon.

    Demo patch notes v1.2

With recent playtests, players were facing issues with the tutorial level at the point where the player had to eject from the wall to complete the sequence. This sequence has been removed and replaced with another sequence. Fixes: Fixed an issue where Schematics were not removed when an upgrade was purchased. Reduced background music volume in tutorial level. Cosmetic changes to buttons in menus. If the bot touches the water while grappling, it no longer destroys the bot. Improved aiming and shooting in general. Resolved the issue of shooting far-off enemies inaccurately. Camera rotation when starting wall run interrupted player input for a cinematic camera; this has been changed, and the interruption no longer happens. Enhancements: Input icons have been added for grapple and Telekinetic Grab to make it easier for the player to perform the required actions. Traversal challenge timers have been increased for some challenges. Bots now randomly spawn ammo cores when they are shot with bullets. Increased bullet capacity of rifles. Traversal challenge checkpoint trigger size has been increased. Two new sequences were added to the tutorial. Information about alert levels is also given in the tutorial.
