Navigate the twisted corridors of a living, decaying ship in Fleshinsane. As you fight to survive, make tough decisions that shape your fate in this narrative-driven indie adventure from Azirium Productions.
About this game
Fleshinsane is a top-down biopunk roguelike shooter set deep within the bowels of a living spaceship. After the crash of the imperial dropship "Orbita", you take control of Oteg, an elite soldier cursed with an endless cycle of resurrection. Shoot your way through the living flesh, gather biometric keys, and repair the escape ship.
Narrative Driven Roguelite
Experience a grim, linear narrative woven into unforgiving roguelike mechanics. The story has a definitive end, and your skills directly determine its outcome.
You are not just fighting the mutating ship - you are trapped with the worst of humanity. As resources dry up, the camp descends into madness, executions, and a bloody mutiny. If you are too weak, your comrades will fall one by one to either the ship's decay or the cruelty of their own crewmates. Master the cycle and save them from the monsters outside and the people within.

Fast Paced Brutal Shooter
Survival requires relentless aggression. Tear through hordes of mutated abominations in high-speed, top-down combat. The heavy gunplay is unforgiving, turning every encounter into a bloody massacre.
Unique Biopunk Artstyle
Infusing biopunk aesthetics into both visuals and gameplay, not being mere set dressing but meaningfully represented by the mechanics themselves.
Meta Progression
Death is just part of the cycle. Use the resources harvested from the slaughter to permanently unlock and upgrade your armory. Unlock crazy new weapons and evolve Oteg's loadout to ensure you drop into the next run stronger, faster, and deadlier.

6,000 Wishlists — New Demo Build Available
Hey everyone! We just reached 6,000 wishlists for Fleshinsane, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported the project so far. This means a lot to us. Every wishlist, every comment, every playtest, and every piece of feedback helps push the game forward.Right now, we are actively adding more narrative content into the game and continuing to build out the world, atmosphere, and progression systems. It is a difficult stage of development, but it is also one of the most important ones. As long as the belief in the project is alive, the game will keep moving forward. We have also fixed a mouse aiming issue that some players reported in the previous build. Huge thanks to everyone who helped us find it. Please try the new version and let us know if the issue appears again.A new demo build is now available. We are planning to launch Fleshinsane in Early Access in about 3 months, and at this stage we really need your help with testing and feedback — especially around gunplay, combat pacing, balance, enemy readability, and overall game feel.If you have time to try the demo, your feedback would be extremely valuable.Thank you again for 6,000 wishlists. We are grateful for the support, and we will keep improving the game.— Fleshinsane TeamRead full article on Community Announcements (fleshinsaneproject)AnnouncementsOfficial
4,000 Wishlists! Thank you so much.
Hello everyone,We just hit 4,000 wishlists (Wishlist Additions 4,241), and we want to say a HUGE THANK YOU. Fleshinsane is our very first project, and seeing this level of support means everything to us. We value this game deeply, and knowing that you believe in it gives us the drive to keep pushing forward. We are working hard every single day, preparing for the release and getting ready to announce the exact date (probably December 1). We’ve added a massive amount of new content, but to make sure it plays right, we need your help. We are looking for players to check our work and share their honest advice. Please consider signing up for our beta testing - your feedback is crucial for us right now.We also want to share some news about a new addition to the game: the Ferals. These are extremely dangerous, lethal monsters. We want to be completely transparent with you here. Because we are a small team working with a very tight budget, the Ferals currently appear specifically to ensure that skilled players can actually reach and experience the story. We know it's a tough design choice. In the future, they will likely be removed, and we plan to add an alternative ending. However, right now, we firmly believe that it is better to deliver one genuinely good, well-crafted ending rather than spreading our limited resources across multiple weak ones. We hope you understand our position.Thank you again for being with us on this journey. We are making this game for you.1. Toxic Lobber This creature constantly closes the distance while lobbing toxic projectiles to cut off your escape routes and slow you down. Letting it get close is a death sentence, as direct physical contact deals colossal, almost fatal damage.2. Relentless Dasher This Feral is built for relentless aggression, constantly rushing you and using lightning-fast dashes to close the gap. You cannot simply outrun it; surviving requires perfect timing to dodge its continuous, aggressive lunges.3. Linear Charger It take...Read full article on Community Announcements (fleshinsaneproject)AnnouncementsOfficial
Actopolis is ready to play!
Hey friends! 👋 We just added a brand-new biome: Actopolis — the fallen Nomads’ city, where everything is built from bones. Fight your way through its biopunk skyline of twisted towers and ossified streets. We’ve been absolutely loving your feedback, your crazy gameplay clips, and all the YouTube runs you’ve shared – seriously, THANK YOU! 🙏 🎉 NEW ENEMIES & BOSSES: • Turrets — fixed emplacements that fire in four directions • Statues — dormant until you get close… then they wake up • Chimeras — relentless jumping predators that pressure your spacing • The Guardian Miniboss — is now playable and currently in balancing + bug-fixing. 💖 NEW WEAPONS:• Pz 41 — Accurate, but has the lowest rate of fire of all automatic bullet weapons. Has slightly less accuracy than the revolver.• Machine Gun — An automatic bullet weapon with a very high rate of fire, consuming ammo like crazy. The spread of bullets it fires covers a wide area. It's still capable of firing small numbers of bullets. Has recoil and shakes the screen, which makes it inaccurate. Moving while firing this weapon will push your character back, but this won't happen if you stand still. • Auto-shootgun — Accurate, but has the lowest rate of fire of all automatic bullet weapons. Has slightly less accuracy than the revolver. • Grenade Laucnher — Fires a slow-moving rocket that builds up speed as it travels; explodes on impact with walls/enemies. • Bosskiller — Fires a fast long distance super damaging shoot. Let us know what you think — and which enemy is the most terrifying to face in Poliumtown.Read full article on Community Announcements (fleshinsaneproject)AnnouncementsOfficial
